Gsrtc bus rout :-NAVSARI TO WAGHAI.(GJ 18-Z-1045)..The bus is small as per passanger, literally passanger are standing in middle of bus from many kilometers, bus building quality is very poor and bus is old..this why RAIN WATER COMES INSIDE BUS.. that's why passanger facing problems..gsrtc need to take action and improve the quality of service...I AM NOT STATIFIED..with this type of poor service...I request sir.. please take the action & provide the good facility..

    Luggage charge under 25 KG

    I am travelling from bhuj to rajkot.
    Name of bus: Bhuj - Rajula
    Time: 6.15 PM (from bhuj)
    Date:[protected]
    Class: Sleeper (Non-AC)

    I have two small boxes of dates (5 Kg each) & one carry bag non more than 2-3 kg weight. Conductor charge me extra Rs. 22/- for carrying boxes with me. It is with me on seat. I also show him that government increase capacity of luggage from 15 KG to 25 KG per passenger....

      RESPECTED SIR
      JAY BHARAT

      We are a Group of 15 Youngsters and Old Age People who are daily up-downers from JETPUR to RAJKOT. We Travel Daily on this Route since Two Years on this route in “GSRTC Bus : UPLETA to RAJKOT & RAJKOT to UPLETA &(Metro Link) Mini Bus”. We get Bus No. GJ18Z-0671 on regular basis for this route -- Dep. 7:40 AM Arr. 9:20 AM in Morning and in return Evening 5:40 PM.

      I would like to Explain the Condition of the Bus and situation that we are facing, this vehicle is technically non-fit and having no pick up which causes Delay in Timing of the Journey. Due to Monsoon Season Roof of the Bus is Leaking and Water Drops through it on every seat, on top of this there is Technical fault in the bus that Smoke is coming inside of the bus and create a Suffocation to Breath for the travelers, we Travelers even noted Vipers are also not Working of the Bus which is Very Important Part to be Working in Monsoon Season.

      Due to all these reasons bus do not reach to RAJKOT on time at 9:20 AM but it reaches at 10:00 AM which cause
      Here by we all up downers are Requesting to the higher Authorities and concern Respected Officials to Accept our Application and Provide us Another Vehicle that is in Better Condition in above Mentioned Matters. We Travelers are not safe in the Bus which is under being used for now.

          I am a regular GSRTC bus passenger. The Ahmedabad-Deesa bus of Ahmedabad Depot which was timed at 7 am regularly skips the bus station of paldi and bypass the route to income tax bus station for the last 2 months. We passengers suffer a lot because of this because at paldi station the next bus for unjha comes after a long gap. Drivers and conductors can not divert the route as per their wish. So I request you to resolve this problem as Soon as possible.

            Respected sir
            I am hear by informed to you for miss behavior of conductor to stufent
            Yesterday on date 07-july-2022 when I travel from bus no GJ-18-Z-7643 Surendranagar to somnath wich bus is surendranagar depot and they have Gondal bypass stop but conductor not giving me ticket and when say to give ticket they miss behave me.
            So I requested you to solve this problem as soon as possible..

              I had booked ticket on 31st March from bhuj to ahmedabad. The amount for the ticket that was 537 was deducted from my account and I had not received the ticket. According to the policy of the GSRTC the refund can be done from 7 to 90 days . But it had been more than 3 months and I have not received the refund for the failure of transaction. And no reply from the customer service and not responding the calls.I am attaching the photo of amount that had been deducted for reference

              So I request you to look in this matter

                Respected Sir,
                We have booked a ticket from your website...
                We have booked ticket on 15/06/2022..
                We have booked for 4 seats.. numbers 5, 6, 7, 8.

                1) Viken Shah - 52
                2) Neha shah -49
                3) Tarun Shah -58
                4) Alpa Shah -54

                bus was booked from Ahmedabad to Rajkot..

                Total Value of Ticket was Rs. 1599.00

                We have paid by SBI Internet Banking

                We have tried to cancelled tickets more then 10 times. with perfect credentials but it always says credentials not matching..

                then we called on toll free number [protected].. and tried lots of time to this number also but no answer at all

                Then on 16th June 2022 we have sent mail for cancellation of above ticket..

                Till Today we have not received any refund from GSRTC. Please help

                  Hello,

                  I travelled in bus no. Gj 18 z 4606 (Diyodar to Sarkhej)

                  I tokk bus from Adalaj bus stop and the conductor gave the ticket of express bus however the bus was local and tthey wrote bus stop name handwritten. He told that they have onlu two stops( 1 Iskon and 2 Sarkhej) and he took all stops like local bus does.

                  This is not acceptable, if he wants to take all steps then the bus shoud have a local board and local fare.
                  When i asked that why it is not written in red, so he said that it doesn't matter to you.

                  I was charge rs 37 and i have the ticket.

                  Please do the needful.

                      Booked from Bhavnagar to Dharampur bus number GJ-18-Z-3210 to go from Vadodara to Dharampur on 3/07/2022. Whose PRN no G 54497824 time was 22:45 pm. The early departure had created a serious situation during the night for us to go to Dharampur. The master had no phone functions. In the meanwhile we reported to the Vadodara control room but we got a dissatisfied reply. In the control room, they demanded that we contact the driver or the master, but they did not respond. And finally says the brother of a control rum. "Do what you have to do, nothing will happen here, " was the reply. After which the situation was created to travel in another bus at self cost. So please return our money.

                          ટાઈમ પ્રમાણે સવારે ૮:૩૦ મિનિટ પર નાસિક પોહચડે છે પણ હકીકત મા ૮:૩૦ એ તો વલસાડ જ પોહચે છે કંડકટર ના કહેવા પ્રમાણે એ ટાઈમ ખોટો છે આ બસ ૧૧:૦૦ વાગે જ નાસિક પોકશે.
                          આવામાં સમય જોઈ ને બેઠેલા મારા જેવા ગણા યાત્રી ઓ નો સમય બગડે છે ઉપરાંત આગળ ની જગ્યા એ પોહચવામાં મોડું થાય છે તો મારી બંને હાથ જોડી ને નમ્ર વિનંતિ છે કે બસ ટાઈમ થી પોહચે એ માટે પગલાં લેવાય

                            Seat not alloted to my family members and hence they could not travel in that bus on that day even when the payment was successful. I have sent them almost 10-15 mails in this regard at [protected]@mail1gsrtc.in but all unanswered by them.

                            Now this is gonna be last request from my end. After this I am gonna file suit against your company and every person involved because If I had the PNR and all other details then atleast GSRTC must have received the amount. They are not even replying my mails.

                                નાસિક ચાણસ્મા રોડ ઉપર ચાલતી ચાણસ્મા ડેપો ની બસ નંબર જીજે 18 જેડ 31 16 તારી 30 જૂનના રોજ સુરત બસ ડેપો પર તેના નિયત સમય કરતા એક કલાક મોડી હતી તેમજ આ બસ પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર એક પર ઉભી રહે છે પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર એક પર જગ્યા ખાલી હોવા છતાં ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 3 ઉપર ઉભી રાખવામાં આવેલી બસમાં બેસતા જ બસની અંદર વરસાદનું પાણી છતમાંથી સ્લીપર ના સોફા ઉપર થઈ બસ ની સીટો ઉપર પડતું હતું જાણે કે બસમાં જ વરસાદ ચાલુ હોય એવું હતું જેને કારણે બસમાં બેઠેલા તમામ મુસાફરોને ખૂબ જ હાલાકી ભોગવવી પડેલી તેમજ આખી રાત વરસાદના ટપકતા પાણીમાં બેસીને મુસાફરી કરવી પડે જે બાબતથી વિદિત થઈ લાગત ડેપો મેનેજર તેમજ જવાબદાર કર્મચારી ઉપર યોગ્ય પગલા લેવા

                                    I had cancelled my tickets on 6 Jun 2022. today it is 3 July 2022 and still i have not received refund for the cancellations done one month ago. During this one month i have raised online complaint through their website three times yet when i submit complain they only mention that your complaint has been submitted and customer care will contact you. I did not receive any ticket number or confirmation email/sms. i also tried calling their customer care center two times and both the times they cut the call after listening to my issue and was not provided a resolution. below are the booking details:
