I used to travel from Ahmedabad to Patan0p. Adalaj is the main centre for North Gujarat. So I used to take bus from Adalaj so I have taken the passenger pass from Adalaj. But the Buses like Ahmedabad-Radhanpur, krushnanagar-Bhabhar, Ranip-Patan, Sanand-Unjha doesn't stop their buses at Adalaj and used to say it is full and over and above it's capacity and drive the bus faster near the bus stop as no passenger could chase. If they are right then department must take this as a serious note and provide additional buses for the rout considering it as a busy rout.

And if they lie then they must be punished and a geniune inquiry must be conduct and a showcause must be issued from the respective departments and provide a good service to our citizen to have faith in public sector unit.

In the evening there are 2 buses from himatnagar to gandhinagar. One is himatnagar-bavla and other is khedbhrma- bopal. The timing of d buses are same. And both the drivers will intentinolly drive slow to reach late to gandhinagar depot. There will be huge crowd at gandhinagar depot as there is no other bus service available from gandhinagar to gota. The first bus arriving early will have to deal with this crowd. So intentionally both will try to b late. Kindly reconsider the timming of both the services as there will b no other bus after that from himatnagar to gota. It shoul be managed with half hour gap so it would be easier for the service people.

this is really pathetic to get traveled with wrong person is taking care of the passengers with rude behaviour and non following the rules . As I am in a bus GJ 07 - YZ6534 AC dated 20/05/2022 today as ticket attached from Rajkot to Veraval where the conductor is not a good person as he is not checking ticket passenger to passenger instead of this he took names from gate and I requested him for 1 of my couleeg is coming from Junagadh to veraval he denied and not allowed to him to says all reserve but he allow another 4 persons in bus . He is misbehaving with me also for saying that I can do anything. I don't know the name of that person but you have a passenger list where you can confirm with other passengers also about incidence .
Please take care of service which expected .

The conductor and the bus driver of perticular bus is misbehaving with us from past few days and today the driver did not stop on the destination even after reaching and due to bad driving I fell off from the running bus and got injured...

Dear sir, I am booked a ticket in Fatepur-anjarbbus for travelling from hansalpurX to adipur on 18/05/2022.

I have trying a lots of time to track bus and find their location but gsrtc application did not working properly and also I am not getting any Message from gsrtc about bus number or bus Conductor mobile number. I have trying to call on helpline number more than 10times but each and every time it shows a busy line.
I am not able to find a bus location, bus number, how much time it will take to reach my station. Already I have waiting for a bus from last from it's arrival time 30min but still bus is not reached.
Kindely do needful.

This types of problems occurs each and every time.

We're facing so many issue due to the conductor less Khambhat - Ahmedabad bus which is depart at 6:45 am early in mrng and same bus is depart at 08:00 in evening from Ahmedabad to Khambhat

3 to 4 months before this schedule was running perfectly when it had conductor. Now, since that, we don't know how and why that schedule was changed and running without conductor. Neither this bus regularly came in morning nor in evening....

05/05/2022 transaction failed Rs.122 amount not refunded till date

I have booked TICKET on dated[protected] from baroda to bharuch with pnr no. GS20565214 my amont was deducted but transection failed.my amont is not refunded till date.very poor service by gsrtc this happened thrice with me

Now as corrent diversion given to all busses coming from surat towards ahmadabad. surat central bus stand has been selected navjeevan charrasta as bus stop between surat and kamrej..but not a single bus stops at the navjeevan charrasta.there are so many passengers who are doing daily Up down are facing difficulty to get the bus. All bus drivers are not following their rules to stop the bus as busses are going empty. But they don't care even. Even after informing bus depot manager many times there is no action taken yet.

Dearka somnath Dwarka (MLS) Today DT.16/5/2021 morning 6:00 o'clock I am traveling from porbandar to dwarka here in this bus there is no conductor so conductor seat was empty so I am seated on it but driver told me to leave seat for his neighbor and driver is very offended to every passengers so is there any rule in GRSTC that in MLS bus we cannot seat on conductor seat and for drivers neighbor we have to leave that seat plz do needful thanks with regarding Ketan Khara

12/05/2022, 14.45 pm volvo from nehrunagar to surat, driver is very rude and driving very rough, driving threatening to life

I was trying to book a ticket from kalavad to surat on 6th may but at first time it's not booked even after money has debited and then I booked another time and that's booked . So I have captured a screenshot of failed booking providing with this complaint, it's been more than 8 days but still haven't get refunded. Please help as soon as possible. 🙏

I had my journey planned from shirdi to manmad as per the bus schedule but as the bus was late and enquiry office was not sure on the timings, I had to take another bus and also my connected bus got cancelled. I request gsrtc to take quick action and return my money as I haven’t availed the service.

I have been traveling quite a few time in Volvo bus service between Ahmedabad and Baroda. Usually I have noticed the the bus which is scheduled at 7:30 pm from baroda to Ranip, is late drastically. This is not acceptable as I'm paying for the premium service and still I'm not even able to board on bus on time. Please review this issue.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે હું દિલીપભાઈ ગોહિલ આજ રોજ આપશ્રીના ડેપોની બસ નંબર 5053 સુરત જસદણ માં નડિયાદ થી જસદણ મારી ફેમેલી સાથે મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યો હતો ત્યારે આપના ડેપોની બસ બગોદરા અને ધંધુકા વચ્ચે ફેદરા બંસરી હોટલ પર જમવા માટે હોલ્ટ કરેલ તેથી હું અહી જમવા માટે ગયેલ અને જમવાનું મંગાવેલ.જમવાનું ચાલુ કરતા મને શાકમાં વાશ આવતી હોય તેવું લાગતા મેં વેટર ને બોલાવેલ અને તેને વાત કરી તો તેણે જવાબ આપેલ કે કઈ વાશ આવતી નથી તો મેં મારી બાજુમાં બેસેલ બીજા મુસાફર ને તપાસ કરવા કહેલ તો તેને પણ વાશ આવી તો મેં વેઈટર ને કહ્યું કે આ શાક વાસી(બગડી ગયેલ) છે બીજું શાક હોય તો લઇ આવ.તો તેણે કહેલ કે બીજું નથી ફાવે તો ખાવ ન ફાવે તો રહેવા દો ! હું મારા શરીરની તંદુરતીનો વિચાર કરી જમવાનું અધવચ્ચે મૂકી ઉભો થઇ ગયો.મેં આ વાત બીજા મુસાફરો ને જણાવી તો તેવો એ પણ મારા જેવાજ અનુભવો જવાવ્યા કે ચા ઠરી ગયેલી આવી, શેરડીના રસમાં પાણીજ હતું વગેરે વગેરે.. આથી આ વાત ગંભીર લાગતા મેં બસના કંડકટર તથા પાઇલોટ ને જાણ કરી તો તેનો જવાબ સાંભળીને તો મને નવાઈ લાગી
તેવો એ વાત કરતા કહ્યું કે અહીં ટેન્ડર છે અમને ડેપો માંથી અહીં જમવાનો હોલ્ટ કરવાનું જણાવેલ છે અમે અહીં દરરોજ હોલ્ટ કરીએ છીએ જો તમને સાચું કહું તો અમને પણ અહીં જમવાનું નથી ફાવતું.અમે ઘણા સમયથી અહીં જમતા નથી શેઠ ને આ બાબતે જાણ કરી તો તે કહે છે કે અહીં જમવાનું ટેન્ડર છે માટે ફાવે તો જમો અને ન ફાવે તો ઘરેથી લઈ આવો.ટેન્ડરમાં બીજું કંઈ ન મળે.તેથી અમે કાતો ઘરેથી સામેની બસમાં ટિફિન મંગાવી લઈએ છીએ અથવા તો ભૂખ્યા રહી ઘરે જઈ જમીએ છીએ.અમારે તો આ દરરોજનું થયું.ટેન્ડર હોવાથી અમે કોઈને કહી શકતા નથી.
માનનીય ડેપો મેનેજર સાહેબ હું એક શિક્ષિત અને જાગૃત મુસાફર હોવાને કારણે આ બાબત થી આપશ્રી ને અવગત કરાવું છું.બીજા મુસાફરો તો આપણે ક્યાં અહીં દરરોજ આવવું છે એમ વિચારી જતું કરતા હશે પણ મારી નજરે આ એક ગંભીર બાબત કહી શકાય કે સરકારી ટેન્ડર હોવા છતાં અને પુરા પૈસા આપવા છતાં મુસાફર પોતાનું હક નું ખાઈ કે મેળવી શકતો નથી.તો આપશ્રી આ બાબતની સત્વરે નોંધ લઈ ઘટતું કરશોજી.

I has been booked a ticket from kamrejx to amitnagar by PNR no G52152581 for a lady with girlchild.
try to contact conductor but his phone was switchoff.
bus was not stopped at kamrej bus stand. and run from there with out taking us. after this time conductor has switch on his phone and answer bus was left kamrej you can pick it from ankleshwar.
