Since half n hour no buses are stopp at stand khatraj, mehamdabad. It is unbelievable that buses are not stopping the main stand and public are faces issues and standing over here since an hour. Very irresponsible authority.

On the day of 19th April i booked an bus from Anand to Surat whose arrival time at anand bus stop was 1:15Pm or 13:15 but the bus didn't even arrived till 2:30pm due to this i had to take a private vehicle which costed me more and even wasted more than an hour waiting at bus stop!.

For last 3 weeks Bus ticket booked for GURJARNGRI, but everytime bus in service was Express type.

After giving Bus fare rupees of Gurjarngri, passenger has to sit in Express type bus.

Bus service start from
Ahmedabad to Mandvi.
Bus departure time from Ahmedabad
at 5 a.m.

Wrong Amount of Rupees fare taken by GSRTC By giving false commitment of BUS TYPE CATEGORY.

My name is Viral and I am resident of Lunawada Mahisagar District. Whenever I need to travel from Lunawada to Ahmedabad on Sunday, I need to wait for atleast 1 hour for getting a seat in bus because till then 4 or 5 buses was completely packed and due to that we have only 2 options either we have to stand in the queue for 3 hours to reach ahmedabad or else we have to wait for atleast 1 and half hour in waiting for another bus to arrive.

Please do needful on this. I don't know the person who will check this message will take a action on this seriously or not but it's the waste of time for passenger and the delay as well.

Some people are from our side are not so educated or don't know the way for how to complain so I am taking initiative on behalf of all these. Please take some serious action on this and help us ASAP.

I told you all buses can't stop at income tax bus stop under over bridge near oswal..all driver stop buses at near Usmanpura cross road income tax over bridge via ranip Gita mandir route.i request you to sand all depot circular of stop to stand at income tax under income tax over bridge...and other complain of opposite side stand income tax vidhyapith buses are run away on over income tax over bridge via Gita mandir to Ranip depot route they don't stop at income tax vidhyapith bus stand..i request you to pls follow up and focus on this passenger problem..and solutions this complain... Nadiad to dakor bus route only Nos 02 bus after 5:30 PM and it also before 6 Pm out side the bus station after that no any bus only direct bus around after 7 pm but it is not conform.
In daily around 250 to 300 people but bus only Nos 02 instead of Nos 01 is Mini bus so both bus only 80 to 90 people travel like ( Geta- Bakara) another pending around 200 people wait for 2 hr for Nadiad to dakor bus
Now Nos 02 Bus also route change 1) sadhsal 2) Dhokla - Godhara
Since last Month many trouble for travelling I also verbally talk with Nadiad and dakor depo but he not support and behaviour also not good like communication to other people
I would request to pls Nos 02 Bus arrange 6:30 PM to 7:00 Pm in between time.
I also request one time visiting Nadiad busstand as a normal passenger and talk with depo and travel one day what happened actually situation.

We booked ticket amreli to ahmedabad
AC luxury bus and time was 10.30 am
I checked before few days bus time was changed 10.30am to 7 am
But GSRTC department didn't inform us
And called costumer care number[protected] but didn't receive and "all executive was busy " said I tried 9-10 time and different time and date but didn't receive...poor costumer service

Taken time was 7:30 from Ahmedabad and 10:13 PM at Anand bus stand
Driver was not able to see the way and very rude and misbehaving with every single passangers
His vision was not clear he's physical condition is not good for driving bus he was mantally frustrated guy
Misbehaving with senior citizens and ladies too. One lady was fall down and still driver was misbehaving with her

Taday l have visited gitamadir bus station (ahemdabad), I have a seen many people tribaled because of one person sited in washroom and take 5 rupees for use mutradi(washroom)
I also pay 5 rupees for mutradi use
