This happened with me twice, GSRTC A/C bus scheduled at 5:05 PM from mehsana and drops at Ahmedabad at 6:30PM.
But that's not the case, on 1 April 2022, i had online booking i had a train to catch from Ahmedabad at 8:25. As per bus schedule i should reach at Ahmedabad in well advance but bus arrived very late at mehsana depot, at 5 PM i asked depot help desk counter, they said the bus which should depart at 4:05PM was just left and the next coming bus is yours, and the bus is coming from dhanera, so bus runs with delay around 45 minutes.
Mine came at 5:45 and i boarded, i was supposed to deboard at geeta mandir stop but due to this much delay i have to deboard in between at RTO circle at 7:25pm and make my own arrangements to go further on time.
This is not it...on more time in feb 2022 i had train to catch at Ahmedabad at 8:00pm at that time the same bus picked up me at 5:50pm and as again i have to deboard at RTO circle at 7:30pm to reach at railway station. At that time with so nuch traffic if i was 5 more minutes late i would have Missed that train.
I just have one suggestion don't make fake promises to your passenger, if you are going to repeat your delays just revise your timings, or depart you busses early from source and change that timing on bus time table.
As i get to know bus scheduled to be depart at 4:05pm-------actually departing at 4:45pm and at 5:05pm was departing at 5:45pm
So i get to know about two but how many more????
So please revise the time to fit actual time of bus. Please don't fool of passengers.
This could lead them in serious trouble all because of your fake promises
