As i book 2 tickets for Ahmedabad to rajkot on 04/04/2022 23:30 pm monday
Place-Ahmedabad paldi bus station
We reached at the stop at 11:10 and waiting for our bus but bus was not reached at time over their
Than also we wait for the bus till 12:45 over the same place at paldi bus stop but the bus was nit reached and we come back home
Second day i buy new tickets and ride for Ahmedabad to rajkot

So i want my money back

I want to refund my money amd I’ll never travel in gstrc again in life coz of this.

Prior to the lockdown, 50 per cent of the routes that used to run regularly from Rajpipla to Baroda are now closed which is not running despite good revenue on the route. Which is our demand for resumption

There are the last bus for going to the desa the bus time is 9:45 but still 10:30 the bus is not coming bus is from Narayan sarovar to deesa... All the passengers are very tired and still waiting the bus... There are no response from bus depot also... So please look at in this matter...why The bus is so late...

First of all I would like to thank you for starting a new bus from kapadwanj to botad. But sir I request to you change the time of this bus because passengers cannot reach at sarangpur on time because this bus reach at sarangpur at 1:30 and that time the temple is closed and passengers can not spend more time at sarangpur and secondary if you do this bus time from kapadwanj at 7:30 and return at botad at 2 pm this time is very sufficient to all passengers. I come in this bus every week and if you do this time 7:30 from kapadwanj and return 2:00pm from botad all passengers reach their home on time because many passengers come from remote village of nadiyad, kathlal, kapadwanj so they all easily reach their home.this time also give your bus more income .last you also grow speed of bus so passengers do not be lazy during traveling. so thank you very much.

This is to inform you that, i am a regular student and i have to travel everyday through bus. I live in village named Ashipura, T-Umreth D-Anand Pin :- 388205.
I kindly request you to order bus conductors to stop bus at Ashipura bus station. I have already complained about this to Bus Depot but they are not paying any attention. This should be considered as a request as well as a warning. If this shall continue, consequences would be dangerous.

This is Jay, currently travelling by the mentioned service, the bus is facing Machine failure in the AC, kindly provide substitute at the next stop which is Vallabhipur or Dhandhuka, else provide full refund to all the passenger for the inconvenience and compensate their valuable time as well

This happened with me twice, GSRTC A/C bus scheduled at 5:05 PM from mehsana and drops at Ahmedabad at 6:30PM.
But that's not the case, on 1 April 2022, i had online booking i had a train to catch from Ahmedabad at 8:25. As per bus schedule i should reach at Ahmedabad in well advance but bus arrived very late at mehsana depot, at 5 PM i asked depot help desk counter, they said the bus which should depart at 4:05PM was just left and the next coming bus is yours, and the bus is coming from dhanera, so bus runs with delay around 45 minutes.
Mine came at 5:45 and i boarded, i was supposed to deboard at geeta mandir stop but due to this much delay i have to deboard in between at RTO circle at 7:25pm and make my own arrangements to go further on time.
This is not it...on more time in feb 2022 i had train to catch at Ahmedabad at 8:00pm at that time the same bus picked up me at 5:50pm and as again i have to deboard at RTO circle at 7:30pm to reach at railway station. At that time with so nuch traffic if i was 5 more minutes late i would have Missed that train.
I just have one suggestion don't make fake promises to your passenger, if you are going to repeat your delays just revise your timings, or depart you busses early from source and change that timing on bus time table.
As i get to know bus scheduled to be depart at 4:05pm-------actually departing at 4:45pm and at 5:05pm was departing at 5:45pm
So i get to know about two but how many more????
So please revise the time to fit actual time of bus. Please don't fool of passengers.
This could lead them in serious trouble all because of your fake promises

Apna action nahi liya to ma video banavuga aur socieal media pe viral kardubga ya aga compliant karuga

As SG highway over bridge are done local route are going from bridge not coming down to Village like uvarsad, sargasan etc.. and passenger are waiting for it

I want to complain against misbehaviour of gsrtc bus conductor . Bus number GJ18 Z 6417 . The conductor was very irresponsible towards his duties . Firstly when he didn't tell which seats were reserved . When i asked him he told No that seat is not reserved . Then later when the customer came and told him that this seat is reserved he forcefully told me to get up from the seat . His tone was very rough and rude . He is seeing I'm having plaster in my leg even though he's arguing with me to stand . So shame on him . He has a very ill mannered behaviour against patient . He asked me to stand for 50 mins and my leg got more injured . Strict actions should be taken against him . Bus details and face of the conductor is clearly visible . Please take strict actions .

Buses of bapunar, jasoda are not being stopped at the station by the driver's at the time of noon from 1:30 to 4:30. Regarding this strict action should be taken. It's on the daily basis. And they don't have any intention of stopping. Bus number - GJ18Z5735

I book ticket in gsrtc from navsari to fatepura dahod online at gsrtc official application bus time 13.00 today date 29/03/2022 but bus not come I visit bus station navsari inquiry window he ask me bus time change new time morning 09.00 am I loss my money and filling very bad I go other bus Surat and later fatepura I am very lat sir please refund me and please help me

According to the above subject, the route of the bus going to Ankleshwar-Rajpipla, although it is long and in a very old condition, is placed. The bus which breaks down in two to three days is allotted by Ankleshwar Depot. So that daily up-and-down passengers cannot reach the company / job on time. So up-and-down passengers face many difficulties on a daily basis. In order to allocate new bus considering the application of Rajpipla-Ankleshwar up-down passengers, the passengers can reach their company / job on time so that they are requested to take necessary action for allotment of new bus.

Bus route : Talgajarda- Dwarka : Mahuva Depot

Conductor of trip ID 0605 is not following its prescribed route / diverting the said route (as per route card) and is also misbehaving with passengers. Taking unnecessary breaks which eventually leads to delay in reaching our destination.

The incidence is reported to Mahuva stand incharge and Mahuva depot manager but they found conductor familiar and didn't take any actions. And again passengers are being harmed.
