સવિનય સહ જણાવવાનુ કે આખા ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં સૌથી મોટી ઔદ્યોગિક વસાહત દહેજ તથા તેના આસપાસ મા આવેલી છે આ વિસ્તારમાં સ્થાનિક તથા અન્ય રાજ્યોની અંદાજીત 70 થી 80 હજાર વસ્તી દહેજ તથા આસપાસના વિસ્તારમાં વસવાટ કરે છે. આ વિસ્તારના મુખ્ય વ્યવહાર ભરૂચ શહેર સાથે સંકળાયેલા છે. ખાસ કરીને ભરૂચ થી દહેજ, લખીગામ, લુવારા તરફ જવા માટે રાત્રીના 19.45 પછી કોઈ જ બસ સુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ નથી. તેથી બસ ના અભાવે અંકલેશ્વર આઈ.ટી.આઈમા સેકન્ડ શિફ્ટ મા અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભરૂચ મા રાત્રિ રોકાણ કરવુ પડે અથવા ખાનગી વાહનો નો સહારો લેવો પડે.
આપ સાહેબ ને વિનંતી છે કે અગાઉ ભરૂચ-લુવારા 21.30 ઉપડતી બસ અગમ્ય કારણોસર બંધ કરવામાં આવી છે. આ બસને ફરી થી શરુ કરવામાં આવે જેથી ગરીબ લોકોને પડતી મુશ્કેલીઓ આેછી થાય.ખાનગી વાહન ચાલકો દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતી લુટ થી લોકો બચે.જેથી
વહેલી તકે આ બસને ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી.

I had my booking from oshlo road (Gandhidham) to Rajkot with pnr no - G49312217. Bus route was Anjar to Bagdana. I was presented before 30 minute as per schedule time but bus didn't stop at point

અમદાવાદ, ગીતા મંદીર GSRTC બસ સ્ટેશનમાં બાથરૂમ ની હાલત સફાઈની દૃષ્ટીએ ખુબ જ ખરાબ છે. ત્યા બસ સ્ટેશન ઑથોરીટીએ બોર્ડ મારેલું છે 'બાથરૂમના 0 રૂપિયા અને ટોઈલેટના 1 રૂપિયો.' પરંતુ ત્યા પ્રતિ વ્યક્તિ ટોઈલેટના 10 રૂપિયા અને બાથરૂમનો 1 રૂપિયો ઉઘરાવવામાં આવે છે. જ્યારે બસ સ્ટેશન ડિપાર્ટમાન્ટમાં વાત કરી તો તેમણે કહ્યું કે આ કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ ઉપર કામ અપાયેલું છે એટલે તમારે તેના કોન્ટ્રાક્ટરોને મળવું પડે. બસ સ્ટેશનમાં બાથરૂમનો કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ જેને પણ અપાયો હોય પરંતુ તે આપવાની ઑથોરીટી તો સ્ટેશનની જ હોય તેવી મારી સમજણ છે. પરંતુ ત્યા કોઈએ વાત સાંભળી નહીં અને ત્યા કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ લેનાર પાર્ટીનું પણ કોઈ હતુ જ નહી. ફક્ત બાથરૂમમાં પૈસાની ઉઘરાણી કરનાર બહેનો હતા.
10 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ પેસેન્જર ઉઘરાવવામાં આવતા હોવા છતા બાથરૂમમાં સફાઈ બિલકુલ જ નથી.

સવિનય સહ જણાવવાનું કે કરજણ ડેપોની બસનો ટાઇમ ઘોઘંબાથી સાંજના ૫:૩૦ કલાકે ઉપડવાનો છે. જે બસ ઘોઘંબાથી વાયા પાવાગઢ-હાલોલ-વડોદરા-પોર થઇ કરજણ પહોંચે છે.
આ બસ બપોરે ૪:૩૦ વાગ્યે ઘોઘંબા આવી જાય છે. આ બસ નો ડ્રાઇવર રહેમતઅલી મકરાણી આ બસ સાંજના ૫:૪૫ વાગે ઉપાડે છે અને પાવાગઢ જઇ ૧૦ થી ૧૫ મીનીટ ચા નાસ્તા માટે બસ ઉભી રાખે છે. જેથી બસ લેઇટ ચાલે છે. આ બાબતે ડ્રાઇવર રહેમતઅલી મકરાણી સાથે બસના પેસેન્જરોએ વાત કરતા ડ્રાઇવર તરફથી એવો જવાબ મળ્યો કે, “ઉતાવળ હોય તો બીજી બસમાં ચાલ્યા જવાનું”. માત્ર આ ડ્રાઇવર જ પાવાગઢ ચા નાસ્તા માટે બસ ઊભી રાખે છે. બીજા આ જ બસના ડ્રાઇવર બસ પાવાગઢ ચા નાસ્તા માટે ઊભી રાખતા નથી.
બસમાં G.P.S. સીસ્ટમ નાંખેલ હોવાથી તેનો રેકર્ડ પણ આપ સાહેબ પાસે હશે. તો આપ સાહેબને પણ વિનંતી કે તે જરૂરથી ચેક કરશો. આપ સાહેબને આ બાબતે યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લેવા વિનંતી છે.

Sir my 2 transaction were done. But the ticket wasnt given . Sir you run a very huge corporation and this type to mistake isn't negligible . So its a humble request to give my money back as soon as possible . Bcoz its has been more than a month . So please i request you to give my money back .total amount 232 ruppes

Bus number - GJ18Z4195 DAHOD TO PADRA condoctor denied me stoppage at dhadhela station whereas I daily go to dhadhela in that bus so kindly do the needful so that justice may prevail for daily passholders

Bus pick time 7:23 arrive at bharuch but still gating to late at ahmedabad tow time dinner hold and behavior not so much Ticket no. 093580 baroda arrive 10:00 clock so 2:30 minutes late look in to...

I tried 2 times and both time the money was deducted from the bank of total 1032rs but I didn't receive any mail or SMS regarding the conformation. I booked ticket for 2 male and 1 female and the ticket was 167rs each+ reservation fees

I didn't received any email as well as message for the transaction and 606 Rs. was deducted from bank a/c. I Call Customer care No. replied me that your deducted amount automatically credited to your bank.But still, I don't received any amount to my bank account. I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. Kindly be needful in the matter. please do the needful.

Dear sir/ ma'am, myself Sonu yadav, from vapi, my work place and office is in sachin, so I was traveling from sachin to vapi, and I get in to GSRTC Bus number - GJ-18-Z-8317.

The bus was totally full of passengers and no more space was there to sit in it, i was also standing in there as other passengers, the driver was speeding the government bus beyond the speed limit and also for the same he was raash driving the bus, there were small childrens in the bus also women's, and senior citizens dispite he was driving beyond the limits, the exact limit i got from gos was 100KMPH that means he was driving at 110KMPH, i don't now whether he was drunken or not but he was totally out of his mind, when I complaint to conductor he also started misbehaving with me, i was feeling like it was a cage of prisoners, some how I was able to reach at my destination but i m sure that this same issue will be going to face other passengers for the same,

I believe that you will do justice for the same and strict action would be taken.

Bus driver don't stop bus at the location of side bus stand GJ-18y0710 is the bus number

I am from praja sevak news as a Aravalli chief I am going Ahmedabad form modasa depo bus ticket number 257739 and sum is 81 rupees so I gave 101 rupees but he delay to give me back my balance amount and even if I forget to ask him then always such bus conductor don't pay me my refund amount, I request to take an action on such bus conductor so he can do his duty properly and even very bad behaviour he is presenting

I booked my bus for baroda to nehrunagar on 21/2/22 . The bus was from surat .Gsrtc: pnr:g48896855, doj:21/02/2022, pickup point:baroda central bus station, time:08:15, crew no:[protected], gj-18-az-9295.

The bus was at 8.15am. But it didnot came till 8.50 am . I dont know at what time it came. Neither the booking dept gave proper response. I was provided with toll free no. But the lines were busy. No one answered me for the status.

This is very diappointing. Were we cannot get any update on our bus

I am Student i was going collage and am in bus himmatnagar to tharad GJ 18 z 5103 date feb 21 and conductor miss behave with me he's using abusive words for me.. he is using insulting words with everyone...

Driver not stopping bus at patdi he has seen the passengers but not stop.

He wear sun glass and driving.

Please take strict action against him and know me.

Other wise i file complaint in cosumer forum.i have cctv proof of it.

Jakhu to diu bus 2 hours late bus time in enter rajkot 1:45 AM but not coming in timing, , , Conductor use bad words and also driver

Our journey on date 19/2/2022 from kodinar to adipur via GSRTC volvo sleeper with PNR G48813644 was canceled due to some mechanical problems at outdoor of kodinar near veraval bypass road opposite to Amigose hotel.Conductor shifted me and my accompanied person to other non sleeper bus after approx 1 and half hour.Bus conditions was not at par
It was unhygienic and slow. My journey was totally horrible as We made to shift to two different bus during whole journey. So I must get my rest of refund due to irresponsible nature of state transportation authorities.
