It's our humble request you. Route for surat to songhad. We are so many local bus passholders and daily local bus passengers are travelling in bus number GJ-18-Z-6420 departure time 7:00pm Surat to Songhad is converted in Local to express today, this time it's only local bus. After 6:15 pm. Only two three bus are local at evening time. And so many passengers are local passholders and local bus passengers. And this time so many express buses available. All local passholders and local passengers are suffering. So please this bus reconvert in express to local. our humble request you. Please do need full.

Aaje 05/01/2024 na roj tajpuri- himmatnagar- sarkhej, gadi number 1303, ma 5 ke 6 passengers ubha hata ane akhibus ma pacchal ubha rehva mate jagya hova chhata gandhinagar gh-2 na stand upar driverbhai e ubhi rakhel nathi.
mai driverbhai ne ubhi rakhva mate hath karyo hova chhata bus non stop java didhi hati.

aap shree ne namra vinanti chhe ke aa ange yogya solution lave jethi passengers na timing sachvay.

I have worked 95 kilometres away every day i ma up down how can that many buses going upper bridge and many passengers down the bridge but no one care. We are going many kilometres away they have bus why they are not down ther bridge going.
Please complaint that driver and conducter who are going to UPPER BRIDGE strictly action for both.

From cancer patient full ticket amount collected by bus conductor even showing bus pass and also showing civil patients id card cancer patient, but conductor not ready to listen any thing. Request you to please do the needful for the same ...on urgent basis...
Also for another cancer patient.
If any documents required I will provide.

Kheda Ambaji bus today on 3/4/2024 in the morning
At eight o'clock at Sonipara stand ahead of Kapdvanj, it does not stop even though there are five passengers. This happens every day. This bus stops at other stands, so please take action as soon as possible.

Ticket amount was 46 and i paid to conductor 106 so i request him to give remaining money back...he said if you are traveling in the bus you have to keep change with you... i said no problem write on ticket back side that i have to take remaining amount from you..
When i reached my destination i request him to give remaining money as i seen he had it
He said i don't want to give you do as you want...i request him and told him leave it keep change with you i don't want...then he shouting me a lot infront of lots of people...this is the system and facilities we are getting in gujarat govt... hets off... no words to explain...

Bus Route - Ahmedabad to Vadnagar...PNR G[protected]...I have booked ticket for Amd to Vadnagar vide above pnr number...Pick up point selected was Paldi..Seat No. 35...Time 6-50a.m. Dt.[protected]..But bus didn't stop at Paldi bus stop...Because of this i had to suffer delay in terms of time. Also I lost my money...So, first u refund my money and let me know what action you took against driver

My name jatin Bhanderi I am 2 ticket booking at Rajkot Madhapar Bus stand at 17/12/2023 in Junagadh to Adipur bus in Junagadh Bhuj bus express time 10:25PM but bus not coming in Bus stand and I have lost my 2 ticket Booking money and my time west....

I'm traveling in Sarkhej - Mansa (GJ 18 Z 2426) on 17th dec morning. Conductor misbehaved with me and talking very aggressively. He was not returning the change. It was very bad experience. Proper disciplinary action should be taken on him.

There are 10 to 15 GSRTC bus service available between VUSNAGAR TO AHMEDABAD at evening time. But all buses are passed by gozariya highway there are one most important route also available for transportation and many passanger also travel by that route but no service available on that route.
Please make sure that some of buses passed by via mansa route.

I booked Vyara to Vadodara online ticket from gsrtc's app yesterday on 8/12/2023. When we went to the bus station, there was no information about the bus. After booking, no sms came in my mobile which bus number and which conductor and his phone number. This is not the first time this has happened to me. And whenever you go to the bus depot and ask, you don't get the same answer. If we call the number of Gsrtc to complain, we wait for 10 minutes and then the phone hangs up. In this way I repeatedly tried 3 to 4 times but got no response. Whenever you go to the station and ask, you get only one answer that the server is down and the work of the government is to remain like this and not to be trusted. If you call the bus depot, no one receives the phone. And this problem has been happening since last 2 years. And when we ask anything to the conductor of the bus, he does not give a proper answer. The conductor of the bus tells us that we are like conductors, we are like laborers. I have never seen such a nonsense and unnecessary application in my life. And those working in gsrtc also answer us that they all have nothing to do with gsrtc. Everyone misbehaves at times. Even if the passengers are so disturbed, they don't even help.

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય ના અનુસંધાન માં જણાવવાનું કે હું છેલ્લા કેટલાય સમય થી લુણાવાડા થી મોડાસા અપ ડાઉન કરું છું પરંતુ 9 થી 10 ના સમયગાળા માં એકપણ લોકલ બસ સેવા ઉપલબ્ધ નથી તેમજ કે 2 બસ અંબાજી વાડી આવે છે તેમાં પગ મૂકવાની પણ જગ્યા હોતી નથી . આ બે બસ માં તમામ પેસેન્જર ને ઘેટાં બકરાની જેમ ભરવામાં આવે છે તેમજ લીંબડીયા, વડાગામ અને બાબલિયા ચોકળી માં પેસેન્જર ને લેવામાં આવતા નથી . તો આ અંતર્ગત એક બસ લુણાવાડા થી મોડાસા ની આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન મૂકવા વિનતી છે

Therefore, we, the complainants, stay at Poyda Makam and earn our livelihood by doing the business of sakhbhaji.
Today on 7/12/23 when we were standing at the bus stand of Poyda village around 6:30 in the morning, the bus number GJ18Z2365 did not stop at our bus stand and it has been doing this for a long time so today we biked. When the Delwada bus was standing chasing him, we asked him and told him that you raised your hand and made such excuses and then started saying that you should do whatever you want so that Poyda will not stand anymore.

My amount cut from the bank but not received yet now it has been 6 months the total was 636 Rs.
