2-3 દિવસથી gsrtc website ચાલતી નથી જેને લીધે બસ નુ લોકેશન જાણવા તથા અન્ય mahiti. લેવામાં ઘણી તકલીફ પડે છે તો જલ્દીથી ukel લાવવા vinanti.

Dear sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern about the behaviour of the bus conductor and driver of GSRTC Express bus, traveling from Tharad (vav) to Ahmedabad on dated 08/12/2024 at around 18:45 hrs. I boarded the above –mentioned bus From Mehasana. When reached nandasan, I requested the conductor to stop the bus at the designated nandasan bus stop. However, conductor refused to stop the bus, citing that there were many passengers waiting at the next stop and that stopping at nandasan would cause the bus to become overcrowded.
The conductor’s exact words were “so many passengers are standing and waiting for the bus. If I stop the bus at nandasan, it will become full of passengers. I will drop you near the Nandasan Bridge.”
I was shocked and disappointed by the conductor’s response. As a passenger, I expect the bus conductor to follow the designated route and stop scheduled bus stops. Dropping me 1km far from nandasan bus stop was not inconvenient but also posed a significant risk to my safety, especially during evening hours.
Furthermore, I was carrying a significant amount of cash (Rs. 20, 000) with me, and the conductor’s negligence put me at risk of theft or robbery. I hold the bus conductor and driver responsible for any potential harm or loss that I may have suffered.
I want to bring to your attention that this is not an isolated incident. Many conductors operating on this route have been consistently bypassing the nandasan bus stop and taking bypass via Nandasan Bridge. This has been a recurring problem, and I have experienced it earlier as well.
I request you to take immediate action against the bus conductor and driver for their negligence and lack of concern for passenger safety. I also demand that you take steps to ensure that all buses operating on this route stop at the designated Nandasan bus stop and do not take the bypass.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response from your department, I will be forced to take legal action against GSRTC for negligence and breach of duty.

Today morning I was travelling by my car near by osho over bridge before palavasna chokdi (MEHSANA) GSRTC BUS NO. GJ18ZT0622, accident my car damaged bumper during wrong over take, my car speed was nearly 20-30. not only that he overtake and try scaring me by by pushing BUS on the right side board on bus was AHMEDABAD TO PATAN time around 9.30am Morning,

Generally, gsrtc bus drive are good in behave and controll speed, but this was a scary, experience and financial loss, as Ill have to repair my car, when I asked to drive in controll and take care, he told do whatever you can do
Pl. Do needful and ensure should not happen to others

સવિનય સાથે આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે બાયડ એસટી ડેપો ની સરખેજ થી મોટીઝેર બાયડ બસ ને પુનઃરાબેતા મુજબ સરખેજ થી સાંજે ૫:૨૦ વાગે ઉપાડવા માટે વિનંતી છે.અત્યારે આ બસ ૫.૦૦ વાગે સરખેજ થી ઉપડી જાય છે જેના લીધે અમે ગ્રામ્ય ના મુસાફરો ને બસ મળતી નથી.

વારંવાર રજુઆત અને અરજી તથા ફોન કરવા છતા કોઈ સકારાત્મક જવાબ મળતો નથી .આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને અમારી તમામ પેસેન્જર વતી થી નમ્ર અરજ છે કે આ બસ રાબેતા મુજબ જુના સમય પ્રમાણે ૫.20 વાગે સાંજે સરખેજ થી ઉપાડવી જેથી અમને ગ્રામ્ય માં જવા માટે બસ ની સુવિધા મળે આ બસ અમારા માટે છેલ્લી છે સાહેબ માટે અમે વારંવાર રજુઆત કરીયે છીએ .આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને અમારી નમ્ર અરજ છે કે અમારી આ અરજી ને ધ્યાન માં લયિ ને સાંજે સરખેજ થી બસ ને રાબેતા મુજબ ૫.૨૦ વાગે ઉપાડે તેવી અમારી વિનંતી છે, જેથી અમને તમામ ને બસ મળી જાય અને અમે શાંતિ થી ઘરે પહોંચી શકીયે .

Rajkot Wankaner route bus is not arriving at hospital chowk bus stand while all other buses has been arriving except Rajkot wankaner bus. Passengers who do daily updown is suffering from so many days.

I was sitting on SERVICE lane on scooty
Man road was having traffic so bus driver decided to take bus on service lane . I was in quite visible zone but still he take the bus near me at SPEED OF 50 TO 60.KMPH
HE ALMOST HIT ME . IF WHY HE IS DRIVING 60 KMPH ON SERVICE LANE .
AND he flue away . After I caught him when he was taking turn and confronted him he was heicklng me. AND NOT Accepting mistake ..he was doing dadagiri
Gsrtc your driver are just garbage. I am looking towards having legal action .

Sir,
I am regular travelling in AC Bus Ahmedabad to Godhra. I observed that bus is not clean/dusty/smelling. It is told your bus conductor to resolve and take necessary cleaning, but he reverts me you can post your complaint to GSRTC by Online.
Finaly, i have complaint regarding cleaning the bus in entire bus.

Bus Details: -
Ahmedabad-Dahood at 6.30AM and Dahood to Ahmedabad at 12.30PM AC Bus on daily basis.

આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને જણાવવા નું કે હું છેલ્લા ત્રણ વર્ષ થી ઉપડાઉન કરું છું ચાણસ્મા થી બેચરાજી.ચાણસ્મા થી બેચરાજી વાયા અદિવડા, મનીયારી તથા વાયા ખંભેલ થઈ ને જે બસ બેચરાજી સુધી જાય છે તે બસ વરસાદ માં બૌ બધી વાર પાણી ના ભરાય હોવા છતાં ડોડીવડા સુધી જ લઈ જાય છે અને શંખલપુર બેચરાજી વચ્ચે જે રેલ્વે નાળું છે તે સાવ ખાલી હોય છે તેમ છતાં બસ ડ્રાઇવરો બસ છેક બેચરાજી સુધી લઈ જવા ના બદલે ડોડિવડા અથવા તો adivada સુધી j lai jay che અને ત્યાંથી સવારે કે સાંજ ના ટાઈમ ત્યાંથી બેચરાજી સુધી જવા માટે કોઈ જ સાધન મળતું નથી અને જે મળે એ ત્રણ ગણા ભાડા વસૂલે છે.

તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે વરસાદ ના પાણી ના ભરાયા હોય તથા રેલ્વે નાળું ખાલી હોય તેવી પરિસ્થિતિ માં બસ બેચરાજી સુધી લઈ જાય.

I am travelling in this bus in which ac is not working at all...also bus conductor doesn't ans properly...please mind this problem and try to solve...because in ac bus there is one only way to get air in and that was AC. ald also if you charge for that then there should be your responsibility to take care of it...!

I have booked my ticket for Surat to Limbdi on dated 13.05.2024 with bus no.GJ18Z8604. AS bus stop on hotel Ma KHODAL at Tarapur. There is no even drinking water facility. Why should GSRTC stop such hotel. Can you wish we forced fully buy bottle of drinking bottle to drink water. Plz suggest what should I do.

હલધરવાસ ચોકડી ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા દાદાગીરી કરવામાં આવે છે ખરાબ વર્તન કરવામાં આવે છે જે સંદર્ભે કાર્યવાહી કરવી નહિં તો મુખ્યમંત્રી સુધી લેખિત કરવામાં આવશે બસ ઊભી રાખતા નથી અને અસભ્ય વર્તન કરે છે

I'm belong from Palitana and I travel thru bus of savarkundla depo. The route of this bus is savarkundla to krishnnagar vaya Palitana. Bus time to arrived in Palitana is 6.50am but bus arriving at 7.20, 7.30, 7.40or 7.50am(sometimes). Savarkundla depo manager is not unknown about this about problem but then also not taking such a major action on this, because of this i get late for my college everyday, so i am requesting to take action about this problem.

The bus was running late almost 3 hours. I got the call from the office that bus was running too much late. I had not travelled into the bus and raised the request as per the call recieved from the GSRTC officials. Please refund me for the same as I had not travelled in the bus.

Please provide me the refund.
