Chhela 5 yaer thi 6:40 a upadati hati a atyare driver and conductor na time mate chenge Karel che temna time mate daily service karta musafar 7 minutes mate heran thae che to please request che ke tena regular time karva vinati .

      Dear sir, sihor (364240) bus stand does not respond properly. If someone goes by asking the bus, then they say that coming after two hours. My police ground is in Amreli and when I went to inquire about the arrival of Amreli bus, I was told from the depot that I am doing my calculations now and come after two hours. and was talking to me. If you want, you can ask any conductor of the bus going from Bhavnagar via Sihor.

        We have booked 2 tickets at Ahmedabad to bhavnagar .
        First bus arrived too late at 09:45 Am
        After that at iscon cross road driver told us my duty is over so he left bus at iscon cross road. We were waiting till 1 and half hours for new driver.

        It was redicules services given by driver. People were shouting and angry on bus conductor but no one help from GSRTC.

        So i want my refund of two tickets.
        And want to file complaint for this ruthless services.

          Its very difficult to updown to do in Nadiad to Umreth
          Today I m at bus.stand on Nadiad at 6.00 pm but till 6.45 not a single bus is coming for dakor lots of bus coming for other but not a single bus reached for going to dakor as well as Umreth

          Sir this is very tuff situation for regular basis

          Can anyone solve this problem on daily basis.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I have tried to booked TICKETS (on 4 th January 2022) on GSRTC online booking system through my PAYTM bank UPI for "BHAVNAGAR" to "AHMEDABAD”, my transaction was done successful but due to some reason i didn't get the ticket from gsrtc and i didn't get the option for print your e-ticket and some error message will displayed on the screen .The amount of Rs630/- was deducted from my PAYTM bank Account.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below.

                The attendant in Public convenience at Paldi Bus Stand is Collecting Rs.2/- for Urinal, kindly take strict action against the company Toiles & Toilets Pvt Ltd as many people are urinating in open in Bus Stand premises to avoid paying 2 rupees which as per my knowledge should not be charged and these contractors are collecting money putting all rules at par.
                Request to take strict action, so that public can't be blamed for unhygienic situation at Public places.
                If they are not authorised to collect money for Urinal, I request you to collect huge penalty from the culprits.
                In hope for a clean and swach Ahmedabad dream come true at the earliest.

                  Issue with conductor gj18z6129 doj:-04/01/2022 dilipsinh jadeja he says gsrtc is my property and behaviour is so poor he is not allowed me to my luggage in dicky I also agree with luggage payment but he says dicky only use in gsrtc work 30 people arround me and he use bad language my igo will hurt please kindly action...

                      on dated 24.12.21, i was many try to book ticket from jamnagar to savarkundla and this cases two time deduct ticket charges from my account but seat is not confirmed for mention journey. and its Reference no. is GS17265918 & GS1726848.

                      And finally i visited the Bus Depo and book same seat for mention date and destination.

                      And regarding this i try to contact customer care on your toll-free number but it did not connect.

                      So please refund the amount.

                        I SETH MEET V, a responsible citizen of India having subject pass details below:
                        Pass No. 219987
                        Destination: Madhapar to Oslo Road

                        The pass has been issued from Madhapar to Oslo Road but when I, catch a bus from Adipur Station which is situated between Madhapar to Oslo Road due to bridge construction going on then they inform me that pass is from Oslo road so you are not allowed to start your journey from Adipur Station (which is situated within destination mention in the Pass) with the help of this pass.

                        So the concern is that why they are not allowing me to travel from Adipur Station. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Thanking you

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is bring to your notice that i m a working women and doing daily up down from Ranip to Radhanpur Chokdi Mehsana through your GSRTC bus.

                          Most of the buses on the way from Mehsana to ahmedabad, they drop out the passengers outside the bus stop, but the lady conductor of Dhanera Ahmedabad route is very rude in talking and always said that there is no space in bus or that the bus is not gone to Ranip, today she dropped me at RTO circle, subhash bridge saying that the bus is going through the route of Gandhi ashram but my ticket that she was issued is till Vadaj Ranip.

                          Kindly do the needful and look in to the matter so that the passengers are not get harrassed by bus conductor specially Dhanera Ahmedabad route.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I Satyam Kapadiya regular commuter of our beloved GSRTC service. I have reserved one seat in Dhanera Modasa Bus through our GSRTC app for date 03/01/2022.

                            But as I am from Kanodar, and I have booked ticket from Palanpur- Himatnagar, but unfortunately I got late today and requested GSRTC bus depo Palanpur via landline and also by previous conductor (as present conductor details I didn't recieve on my phone ) contact no to stop bus at Kanodar Hussein Takery bus stop..

                            Bus route is from kanodar only, but as in online booking it doesn't show Kanodar stop
                            So I have to go Palanpur everytime as they not stop at Kanodar bus stop but they are flexible to stop at other stops.

                            Even Bus conductor also talk rudely with me, If Kanodar is not the stop in this route then is it right to stop at other stops which are not mentioned in Bus stops ???

                            When I asked him why everytime I am not getting message about bus contact no and tracking details If said talk to higher authorities it is not there duty to message. While for other bus routes I get messages each time. and also Covid protocol was not followed conductor was without mask.

                            I am regular traveller for this route for every Mondays as I am working at Himmatnagr as Branch Manager in PSU bank

                            I requested to you take proper action against concerned authorities for such pathetic service.

                              Conductor changed the route and bus would be late for 30 minutes to reach at rajkot. Bus route is from Junagadh to krishnanagar. Time was 6:15 to start from junagadh

                                There are many people are travelling daily from Ahmedabad to Nadiad (Kheda district) for job, engaged peofession, Students and others local residency.

                                There has been observed NO BUS AVAILABLE IN THE EVENING FROM NADIAD TO AHMEDABAD. Many passaengers have frequently given written application for the same matter to bus stop controller.

                                There are no action has been taken till the day. Due to COVID-19 pendamic there are no local train are running therefore people having only a option to travel by bus.

                                You are requested to look into the matter at the earliest.

                                        I am Hakim sodawala, i have booked an online ticket from morbi to mandvi journey date is 29 December 2021 departure time was 5:20 pm, My PNR no. Is G47122158, I was waiting by 5:00 pm and was continuing waiting till 8:00 pm bt the bus not come and i go home without travelling my journey, and also i have complaining about the worst behave of your gsrtc inquiry person on bus deport.. He is not replying the answers and also not giving any information regarding the journer bus.. Pleaseee upgrade your services, this is the worst experience and i am totally frustrated by your service.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 please refund my tickets money to my bank account..
