Dear sir

My complain is about rough driving of ST bus driver, at Nandasan (mehsana ahmedabad highway) bus number is GJ-18-Z-7217 . Me and my family passing on bridge at nandasan, at the same time this bus coming side to the bridge . Directly he drive bus on main road suddenly with over speed . Suddenly i have to stopped my car at the middle of highway.

When i stoped the bus for complain . The driver of the bus is literally behave bad . Speaking bad words and all .

And then i called police station and police came . And the told me that plz leave bus drive at that time and they gave me advice to complain hear .

Incident date 31/07/2021, 1:00 A.M.

Please raise complain against this bus driver . Take strekt step against this kind of driver .

Because today god save me other vide me and my family injured by your driver .

I hope you will take good response against this complaint .

After 5pm no buses are available from Jambusar to Vadodara till 6:30pm.
And the bus departing at 6:30pm is also uncertain.
Around 100-150 passengers travel at this time from Jambusar to Vadodara & due to lack of buses covid rules are also violated as no social distancing is followed.
Previously buses were kept @5:30pm, but now they have been cancelled since 2 months.
This time from 5:00p.m to6:30p.m is very peak as businessman, bank staff, students, govt office staff, etc travel during this time only.
Also no authorized person is present at depo control office after 5:30pm.
Infinite times complain has been registered, though no action is taken.
From around 3-4months, Jambusar depot is filled with garbage, no cleanliness/hygiene is maintained at all, due to which there's no space to walk around even to reach the bus.
I also have evidence regarding same thing.
It's my humble request to arrange buses from Jambusar to Vadodara @5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm slot vise & also keep the depot clean.

I hope action will be taken as soon as possible.

We 2 passenger wait for gsrtc bus and one bus arrived 'Rajkot-j amnagar- khambhaliya' and his bus number is GJ18 Z 3500.

We raised a hand for stopping the bus but they ignore us and pass away.

I am Shakti Patel from Borsad. I am commuting from Borsad to Ahmedabad daily. Like me, so many commuters are also commuting to Ahmedabad from borsad, anand and other nearby places. There is no express/gurjar nagri bus from Anand between 7:30am & 8:00am. Due to reservation and excessive passengers, 7:30am bus is happening full and many commuters cannot commute in it. So that they have to wait for another bus of 8:00am and that is why they get late in their office/business timing. I request you to schedule a new bus with or nearby 7:30am bus so that we commuters can achieve our job timing properly. Kindly consider my request on priority basis.

I am Prakash Prajapati having a passenger pass from Bholav, Zadeshwer to KIM, (Surat), today I set in bus from GNFC, bus no-GJ18 Z 4311 (Dakor to Surat), they have charged 24rs from GSNF to Ankleshwer even i have valid passenger pass from bholav, zadeshwer to kim.

when i argue with conductor he said your pass is from bholav, zadeshwer that is why you have to...

My pass is of dhoraji upleta she rejected my pass that it can not be valid, there is all detail are clear on pass Z2665 this is bus number and bus of -rajkot to porbandar I wanna go to upleta from dhoraji

My grivance for gujarat government 's public sector-" GUJARAT STATE ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION-" City Baroda- Depo- Grivance agents bus driver as under on Dt 6-7-21 bus route name -" BARODA to-- UNA night service Bus no- GJ-18- Z - 7230- my ticket no- 73591- we pick up From -, BHAVNAGAR -to- -UNA-- on Dt-7-7-21 time two clock mid night than bus reached Rajula village at five "o" clock early in the morning than after fifteen kilometers from RAJULA village on high way bus driver stop the bus left bus and also his duty for fifteen minutes at that time we are only two passenger so please do needful

From Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad Pick up bus stoppage at Ch-0 between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM evening.

My sister is serving in BISAG near NICM, Infocity. During evening she need to return home from Gandhinagar Ch-0 bus stop to Ahmedabad ( Khadia, Sarangpur, Kalupur, ST bus stand )

All Buses are already permitted for come in ST Stand - Santroad, but some reasons of drives and conductors bus not come in ST Stand (via Dahod/Baria to Godhra), When we was asking the conductor and drive then he spoke the ST stand are not available and his/her stopped on PLUS POINT of Main Market Santroad so that's why the traffic jammed for those time on EXPRESS HIGHWAY and also Dysfunction Travellers, student's, so please recirculating the information for buses come in ST-Stand for one Sided only (Dahod/Baria to Godhra) either the buses are not come still then i can contact to Higher Authority of ST Department for this matter but i trust you can needful this matter.

At Ahmedabad central bus stand of Gujarat, high charges are taken by related authorities for urinal, wash rooms, etc. Necessary actions should be taken by government. Authorities takes higher charges than they describe their charges on the board outside the washroom. So, take strict actions against them.

I cam at ahemadabad central bus stop for exam.. than I going in toilet block . I seen the persons in the block called supervisor taken urinal charge for every person's.. it is unconditional charge and series matter.. PLZZ look in to this matter .

On monday 26 july 2021 at petlad nadiyad division, i was traveling to bharuch in petlad surat Express at 5 am,
We travel regular in this bus..as usual we ask for bhruch ticket assuming he will give ticket to zadesswar chokdi insted of that he gave us GNFC tikcit without asking us. Both stop has same tikit price of 224 we didn't notice the different of stop..
When we passed the GNFC stop as we are about to leave at zadesswar chokdi the conductor demand our tickit saying its for GNFC and asking us to get another tickit..
We respectfully declined because its not our fault. He said " bhruch means GNFC ONLY but other conductor always gives us zadesswar tikckit or ask us which stop we want.
Now this conductor get aggressive against a female threatening to leave us on the middle of service road in rain...
My point is both stop had same tickit price from petlad which is 224 for 2 person which paid still conductor making an issue while its his fault that if he didn't understand which tickit to give he should ask because thers is no written thing as GNFC is only bhruch.

Please take some action on this matter beacuse threatening a female that i leave you on middle of road is not our country's culture there shoud be some manners in behavior as a customer i request this.

There is bus route shecudeled @10.30 AM from Ranip to Bhiloda. After confirmation Ranip bus depot we went to drop my father and other passanger @10AM today i.e 16.07.2021. However waiting at bus deport for more than a 2 hours bus not arrived.

We asked 3 times at inquiry office but they are unable to help us. As they said Bhiloda bus deport bus are never on schedule so we cant say anything and we dont have a inforamtion that bus started from Bhiloda or not. I tried Bhiloda bus depot number but as usaul government style they have not pickup the phone.

Myself have to reach office but not able to reach and loss of today's salary too. Who is the repsonsible for that?

All of your are sitting there to provide proper facitly to citizens run the show. If officers are unable to do your duty then why they are there? They must be fired liked priviate emplpyee.

There are many people like us facing such problem. People dont have time to complaint and they hencec they are choosing alternate channel like private vehicle. This way government losses the revenue too. But who take cares? Its public money hence no one botheres about it.

Writing this mail conciasely. Hope you put right people at tight position and improve service.

I request you to componset my day salary alongwith 4 other people with me who want to travel.

I am travelling on every monday from Ahmedabad Gitamnadir Bus Port to Surendranagar at 7.00 am. in bus vehicle number- GJ- Z- 6741.
Every time I am leaving the bus at C. U. Shah College of Engineering and Technology. But today i.e. 26/07/2021 the bus conductor has refused to stop the bus at the college place and behave very rudely. The driver was ready to stop the Vehicle but conductor has enforced him not to stop in very bad manner.
Kindly do needful for the same.

Hi this Prem yadav I stay at Umargam valsad, gujrat, on dated 25/07/2021 at 5:30 PM I asked from the inquiry counter for the route o[censored]margam which bus will go to Umargam. They replied with bus number 3275 will be there on time 6:30 PM after waiting for more than one hour bus came than me and my dad ran to pick the bus finally we sit on bus and we ask where this bus will go they said this bus will go to valsad after listening this word I suddenly ran down and again I gone to inquiry conter and I said this bus you told it will no go to Umargam after sometime lady conductor came from that bus no. 3275 and she said no buses will go to Umargam I interrupted her and I said who take this decision and how you cancel this government buses then she replied I stay in valsad and I had taken all the passenger who stay in valsad and I already make the all the ticket from the customer now we are moving valsad than I said than what will happened for us is there any buses for Umargam they replied me now there is no buses for Umargam. Please take necessary action regarding this issue my dad is heart attack patient now I am roaming here and there to reach my house please reply asap

Driver drives bus very careless, he put all passanger's life in danger while journy.
We told both of them driver and conductor twice but he drives very careless.
I booked the bus unai to ahmedabad but I realise that my life in danger so I left the bus in mid of journey at vadodra depot because I warried about my life. And eight passanger's also left the bus.

Than in all place reach late by 30 to 45 minutes.
