As my friends were on trips they can't see a night bus coming from they book a bus from saputara but dew to late timing they were waiting for bus in vaghai bus stand but they did'nt find any bus coming explain this to...

Today i book my ticket in bhavnagar - naliya bus for traveling Surendranagar to Anjar .
In tickets they indicates time for bus 9:35p.m but it arrived at 12:00 pm ! It runs 3hr late.
We suffered a lot, and in gsrtc application they can't see a live location of bus. Pls work it on
And no of them taking call at bus depo all numbers are switched off.
Pls take action as soon as possible....

I booked my 2 tickets from gsrtc.in website on 11/July/2021 from rajkot to adipur in Mangrol to narayansarovar bus. My money was deducted from bank but I didn't get PNR no. So I m suffered in bus I didn't get seat. I hv to pay further for that tickets . So kindly refund my e-ticket amount...

When I go to inquire about a bus at Bardoli Central Bus Depot, The speaker answered very rudely and used some bad words....

I'm regular traveler from Kalol (PMS) to godhra, and everyday all the short root bus stop at hotel vrundavan near kalol. As today I'm traveling in Padra dahod bus, padra to kalol distance is hardly nearby 2:30 hours. And bus stoped at hotel for 20-30 min. The same situation applicable in all the bus. Please take necessary action so that we can reach our destination on time....

I travel daily from manavadar to junagadh by way of ST bus in medium of passenger pass

Today on of the staff conductor from bantva depo did misbehavior with us and also oppose to rules of sitting capacity in today's covid-19 pandemic situation. He has not taken me into bus inspite of 1 capacity is available in bus

So, plz as early as possible take action against this complaint by me.br...

The purpose of the above subject is to take all the buses from Ahmedabad to Mehsana in the evening time (6:30 to 8:00) on the bridge. We all wait for the bus for 1-2 hours and the bus driver-conductor takes the bus from the bridge. Why not stand on the income tax stand?

Dear sir, I am from jambusar District Bharuch. jambusar GSRTC bus depo manager not starting night routes bus All night routes bus stopped due to night curfew before 3 month
4:15 AM jambusar to bharuch
7:45 PM jambusar to bharuch
9:00 PM jambusar to bharuch this bus return at 12:15 AM from bholav bharuch to jambusar. jambusar to bharuch, dahej, ankleshwar panoli 200 to 250 people dependent on GSRTC. Please do needful....

We have travelling on the date 5th July 2021, Sleeper Coach GSRTC.
Someone from behind or side seat doubt to get purse and stolen items from ladies purse..
The incident time : 1:00 to 4:00 AM night

I want to draw your attention to some problems.
Since GSRTC has resumed its operation from last few days, some buses are still not available for booking online. I'll give you example of route JAMNAGAR-MANSA. Which depart from Jamnagar around 8.30PM.
This route has started after night curfew was lift off but currently not available for booking.
And this is just one incident I've pointed out.

St bus for viramgam to sankheswer daily early morning but not come before privet vehicals are allmost full there are setting between privet vehicals and bus driver and bus is from viramgam railway station but not come on railway station he go directly from bus stop this issue is from very long time and many complains for issue but no action from gsrtc pls take some action...

Hey Team,

The booking office is always close on Sunday and even in between the days at times at Vallbhipur bus depot, as per my knowledge at least a person has to be be there at one time if anyone is on lunch, however this do not happen, and if due to any issue we are unable to book the ticket online and if we go to the depot that is not useful as it is closed most of the time. Kindly check and help reason people need support...
