Even bas conductor behavior also soo much rude...he has no manner how to treat his passenger...

Today morning due to improper driving one lady got a heavy backpain ( most probably his back bone is break )

Driver has not stopping the bus as I raise my hand at Vania vad station at nadiad,
I am submitting the complain for the second time. Please take strict action against it.
Bus was not fully packed, there were some space to seat, bus name is Ahmedabad - borsad.

હું ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી ને જાણ કરું છું કે મોડાસા ગોધરા મોડાસા લોકલ બસ જે ગોધરાથી આજે 25.05.2021 ને સાંજે 6:00 કલાકે ઉપડેલ છે.અને અમો મારા પરિવાર સાથે ભૂરાવાવ ચોકડી થી બસમાં બેસવા જતા હતા મારા પગમાં ઓપરેશન કરેલ છે હુંઅને મારા પરિવારે ગણી જ બુમો પાડી પરંતુ બસના મનસ્વી સ્વભાવવાળા ડ્રાઇવર મારી સામે જોઇને હાથ હલાવી ના પાડી અમને બસમાં બેસાડ્યા નહીં.જેમાં બસમાં 50% થી પણ ઓછા પેસેન્જર હતા.. આવા મનસ્વી ડ્રાઇવર ના કારણે એસ.ટી.ખાતું હંમેશા કલંકિત થયેલ છે. જેથી મારી અરજી સ્વીકારી તે ડ્રાઇવર સમક્ષ યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવે તેવી અપેક્ષા...

here i inform you that the morning local bus 7.00 am anand to vadodara not came in prober time or some times bus will not came in morning .
some time customer think that bus will came in morning but after standing ofr 30 miniture bus weill not came in the timing schedule at anand .every body became harresement during pandemic time .
onne request pl make 2 local bus during morning session beacuse every person want to go for job at morning so some people are not able to seat in local bus beause of sop of the govt.

I have booked my Bus Ticket From Rajkot To Shihor with GSRTC bus which departure time is 6:30 from Rajkot Central Bus Stand.I already Mentioned in my ticket that my boarding point is Aji Dem Chokdi, Rajkot.I already reached there at 6:25Hrr.I saw one white colour Express bus was passed infront of mine which is going to Bhavnagar.So why driver not stopped bus at my boarding point...

હું મહિપાલ સિંહ જાડેજા તારીખ 06/05/2021 ના ભુજ થી માંડવી રૂટ ની બસ નંબર GJ18Z1215 મા મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યો હતો તે દરમિયાન મારી બે બેઠક ની ક્ષમતા વારી સીટ મા બસ ના કંડક્ટર તથા સાથે ના એક કહેવાતા st ના અધિકારીએ મારી સાથે ગેર વર્તણૂક કરી અને covid - 19 ની સરકાર શ્રીની નમસ્તે ગાઈડ લાઈન નું ઉલ્લંઘન કરી ને બળજબરી પૂર્વક મારી સીટ સાથે અન્ય મુસાફર ને બેસાડવા કહેલ તથા અધિકારી એ મને લુખો એવા અપમાન જનક શબ્દો નો પ્રયોગ કરેલ મારી આપ સાહેબ ને વિનંતી છે કે આ બસ ના ડ્રાઈવર કંડક્ટર તથા કહેવાતા અધિકારી સામે કાયદેસર ના પગલાં લેવામાં આવે.

i am health worker. I worked in government hospital. Today at 5.08pm mahesana to talod bus not stop at nagalpur bus stand mahesana. There are no more passenger in bus but driver show me on nagalpur bus stand and increase the bus speed and going without stop at nagalpur . After this bus no any bus available for going to vijapur. I am daily up down in this bus. So pls request to sir punish the driver ane tell them to stop bus at nagalpur, mahesana

Also i confirmed the same by calling him
But eventually he didn't stop the bus at the station and i missed the bus.
So now i want my full amount back and compensation for my mental agony and wasting of my time.

અમો દ્વારા 2 દિવસ થી થરાદ થી માંડવી(ભુજ)બસ નું રિઝર્વેશન માટે ઓનલાઈન એપ્લાય કરી રહ્યા હતા પરંતુ એકેય બસ શો કરી રહી ન હતી. બસ શો ન થતા આપણી હેલ્પલાઇન ઉપર કોન્ટેક કરવામમાં આવ્યો જેમાં પેલા 7 મિનિટ કોલ રિસીવ ના કર્યો ત્યારબાદ બીજો કોલ રિસીવ કરતા હેલ્પડેસ્ક માં બેસેલ વ્યક્તિ ઉડતો જવાબ આપ્યો કે બસ શો નથી થતી એટલે રિઝર્વેશન નહીં થઈ શકે, બસ શો નથી થતી એતો અમે પણ જાણતા હતા પરંતુ શુ કામ શો(show) નથી થતી એનું કારણ પૂછતાં મિત્ર દ્વારા એ થરાદ ડેપો નો સંપર્ક કરવા જણાવેલ તો ઓનલાઈન હેલ્પડેસ્કઃ નો કોઈ અર્થ નથી.

Now a day which pandemic situation we faced into that GSRTC bus management system directly responsible for increasing CORONA +VE cases, How that explain below:

1) Most of buses bypassed before corona curfew hours start [8:00 pm], and mainly BALASINOR to VYARA daily bypass SURAT from Kamrej at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm also Kapadvanj to Bardoli also same time bypass SURAT and due to that bypasses of buses...
