Dear sir

I had applied for license with online services and in fess payment section of sarthi pariwahan my fess had been paid twise due to server problem. It had been around 3 months and my fess are not refunded....

Yasterday I was travelled from surat to ankleshwar by bus no Gj18 Z5359.I had taken ticket of Rs.54 from bus conductor and given 60 against ticket.At that time conductor has no change so he had not given change of Rs.6.
When I was reached my destination he had not given change or informed me about change and he bagged the change.even he had taken 1 rps from all passengers who travel from surat to ankleshwar.

Local Bus going from dhanera to deesa so we were exact behind it to catch then there is a first stop samarvada local have to b stop there but conducter doesn't here nd doesn't stop...

I am sitting in the bus kadi - vadodara,
One passenger is standing nr Railway Station ANAND and kadi - vadodara bus going that time and he see my hands for stop bus but he didn't stop bus. He also going by auto behind bus and he told to bus conductor for stop bus. But they don't stop bus.
All the buses are stop nr Railway Station. So I kindly request that plz do necessary action against driver and conductor....

Passengers are being denied to board the bus from Lakhtar, Surendranagar District. The bus is Surendranagar-Viramgam-Surendranagar, registration number GJ18Z0476. The bus reaches Lakhtar from 5.30 to 6 in the evening and when passengers try to get onto the bus, this one conductor doesn't allow them telling them very rudely to come by the next bus. The bus was half empty today (18/03/2021) and still he did not permit us to get onto the bus....

All the bus stops in our village but the bus coming from jetapur depo junagadh chodavadi vaya vadal root bus not stop in our village mendapara bus no.3643 junagadh chodavadi...

Statue o[censored]nity is an important project of government. From Rajpipla depot in Moring between 8am to 9 am their is no bus to reach kevadia. Many visitors and the local persons who employed over there are not getting bus. When person inquire about bus the answer is we have no bus let one bus come from other destination then we provide it.. Many complaints done by people but there is no solution.. Please take some action against it.....

Gj18Z3476 From morbi to dhoraji bus conductor and driver mis behave and not stopped bus at madhapar chokdi and nor refunded my money of ticket...

But volvo officer some one sat there.

Who's responsible if my health not good after a day.

I am really disappointed with the volvo officer.

During traveling from Godhra to Ankleahwer in above bus at Vadodara Central bus i had informed to conducter and I am going at wash room, cunducter has informed to driver but driver has refused to pick up and bus taken left from bus stand,

As conducteur and passenger statement Cunducter has informed to driver but they have refused...

In Morbi city have 2 busstand. New and Old.
Between time of 6:30 PM to 7:45 not received single bus of Morbi to Rajkot. All the passanger suffering.

Please solve the problem because its a question of 150 passengers at a time....

I Booked My seat No.1 In The Sleeping Seat. Bus Ahwa To Gandhinagar. I Follow The Covid.19 Rules. According to Covid.19 rule 1 seat is reserve for maintance Soscil Distance. But in the bus Conductor not following the rules by covid.19 gaidlince.

Not stopped bus in under busstand garund in dahod depo bus no1306 bus route dahod to kheda time 3.45 pm in sunday 14 March i think driver is drunk...

Gujrat kathlal depo time table very old timetable wish no running by bus and depo informer no inform by this schedule. Query that is your staff speaking to old time table wish .customer time very loss to this depo...
