The bus does not stop even though there is a bus stop in Alidhra village. The conductor does not say that there is no stop. There is a legal ticket in the machine.
If we call at Junagadh bus stand, there is a stop. Alidhara many conductor stops the bus. Many does not stop. If there is no stop, then why stop others. We do regular subdivisions many times in Junagadh bussetnd.
If the brother never stops the bus, please take appropriate action and stop the bus
He is confident that you will find the solution to our problem.

Gsrtc much aware about this pandamic Then way you not provide this little safer to passenger
1)does you sanitize bus?
2) does you have sanitizer Botel in bus?
3) does you know the how much number you should seat in bus. For passanger for corona virus
I regular travel Vadodara to Surat and I see you nothing to your even single bus depot have sanitizer Botel

I was booked my rajot to veraval 5 ticket on 28 march 2021.but ticket was not booked and money deduct in bank

I am daily going to my workplace by bus Junagadh Bagdana. I was daily booked my ticket for this bus. But now I am not able to book bus ticket in this journey.i have this problem since few days. This bus is not shown in online. The bus timing is 7am morning from Junagadh. I have faced difficulty in travelling. Kindly do needful.

I am trying to complain on GSRTC website from three to four days. But page is not responding. I have attached the video here. Every time it's say please varify captcha. But when I try to varify captcha page is not responding. I am not able to complaint for my issue.

Bus driver and conductor stop the bus as per their wish wherever and whenever they want in the side of National Highway between Ankleshwar and Surat especially nearby Kosamba Overbridge which seems one of the major bus depots in the world. Bus is halted as much time as the driver and conductor want. No official in the GSTRC capable of doing anything, taking any action against such type of activities. Please do something in the interest of general passengers.

Hello, I am ttavelling from Ahmedabad to surat. Conductor n driver stopped the bus at 1 restaurant &informed us that there is 10-15 min halt. But it took 30 min time at halt place..

When I booked the ticket at that time money has been deducted from my account but my ticket was not confirmed.

And now 3 days has been passed and still money is not refunded on my account.

I have attached screen shot of my bank statement which shows money has been debited from my account.

Please check this issue and try to solve it as soon as possible

I have not received refund for my cancelled ticket.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are commuting daily from Vadodara to Ankleshwar. Around 1000 of people is daily commuting to perform duty from Vadodara to Ankleshwar.

Now, the condition is that Due to lockdown declared by Govt of Gujarat after 8.00 PM in city, All buses passes from Vadodara are denying enter into city as they claim that they cannot reach on time ( before 8.00 PM ) to Vadodara.

It is 78 km distance from Ankleshwar to Vadodara. Now one express bus is taking time as per below :

Running time : Approx 1.30 min
Hotel stay : 30 min or beyond.

So due to compulsory hotel stay, they are unable to reach Vadodara before 8.00 PM

So we, on behalf of our all daily passengers, request you to please cancel hotel stay of buses so passengers of Vadodara city cannot suffer.

It's really a harrasment to us.. Due to safe journey, we always prefer GSRTC bus service but due to this problem, all commutors are preferring now private services which is net loss to GSRTC.

I further request you to please take immediate action and help us to reach on time..

Hope you provide us solution on this.

I m traveling today dt.[protected] from Rajkot to diu on this bus .. nd in this corona time here is not follow of any guidlines or rules in the bus they take more passenger from capicity of seats nd passngers are standing in the bus. Some passenger dont wearing the mask also ...

I am journey amreli to Ankleshwar on 4 April 2021 & I am also booking 4 number set in double site.
But conductor is given to 5 number sit in other people in government bend to travel in double sit.
So, pl required to you all people follow government rules. And not allow to travel double sit.

I book bus ticket on gsrtc[protected], and then i cancelled that bus ticket, but after 10 day no reply from gsrtc app and i didn't get refund, and i use gsrtc site for booking. I attached my ticket message.

The scheduled departure of bus was on 11 o'clock in the morning. But when I riched at the s t stand bus was late by 2to3 hours. Hence I had to get another bus. I would like to get refund for my ticket.
