Date: 25/09/2023, Bus route Katra to Surat dindoli, We paid ticket for express however bus service like local bus, it was stop at every station for 10-15min and when ever deriver need to stop and take rest for 15min, the service of bus taken time to reach Ahmedabad around 6hour for approx 130km.

Hello sir. I was traveling from Balasinor to Ahmedabad on 20th September 2023. I asked conductor to give seat for my mother which has been reserved for women ... conductor refused and said this is just written..nobody will follow it. I request you to plz take necessary action against him.

મહાશય શ્રી,
જય ભારત સાથ જણાવાનું કે, ઊના થી જેતપુર (વાયા : ગીરગઢડા, જામવાળા, આકોલવાડી, તાલાલા, સાસણ, મેંદરડા, જુનાગઢ) (1430 UNAJTPEXP51) બસ છેલ્લા ઘણા સમય થી અનિયમિત રહે છે.
ઉકત બસ સમય સારણી મુજબ ચાલતી ન હોવાથી મુસાફરો ને ઘણી હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પડે છે કારણ કે વચ્ચે ના ઉપર મુજબ ના ગામ માટે બપોર બાદ જુનાગઢ રૂટ મા આ એક જ બસ ચાલે છે.
અમો આશા રાખીએ છીએ કે આપની કક્ષાએથી આ પ્રશ્ન નું યોગ્ય નિરાકરણ જલદીથી આવશે...

ઉપરોક્ત વિષયે જણાવાનું કે તા :- ૦૭ - ૦૯ - ૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ ડેપો નખત્રાણા ના રૂટ ભુજ ટુ નખત્રાણા વાયા વિથોણ ની બસ હકીકત માં સમય રાત્રી ન ૧૦ વાગા દરમિયાન વિથોન આવતી હોય છે પણ તારીખ ૦૭ - ૦૯ - ૨૦૨૩ ના બસ વિથોણ આવેલ નથી, જે બસ ભુજ થી સમય રાત્રીના ૮.૪૫ એ ઉપડે છે .વારંવાર આ બાબત અન્વયે યોગ્ય સતા અધિકારી ને જાણ કરેલ તેમ છતાં કોઈપણ જાતના પ્રવાસી ને લાભદાયી તેમજ ફાયદા માં પગલા લેવામાં આવેલ નથી, તેમજ નિગમ ના ડ્રાઈવર ને કંડકટર પોતાની મનમાની નું વર્તન દાખવે છે તેવું જણાય છે જે હકીકત માં નિગમ ને ફાયદારૂપ નથી .
ઉપરોક્ત બાબત અન્વયે આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને પ્રવાસીઓ ના લાભ માટે તેમજ નિગમ ના ફાયદા માટે યોગ્ય પગલા લેવા વિનંતી .

I was traveling from junagadh to una and the bus stops at Veraval bus station for 10 mins but there was a canteen owner and his behaviour was extremely disgusting, insulting and traumatizing kindly look into that matter.

હું આજે તારીખ ૮/૦૯/૨૦૨૩ ૭:૩૦ કલાકે માં રોજ અમદાવાદ ગીતા મંદિર થી શંખેશ્વર જવા માટે ખંભાત રાધનપુર બસ નીકળેલ ત્યાં મારા ૪ વર્ષ ના બાળક ની ટીકીટ લેવા માં આવેલ મે ટીકીટ લેવા ની ના પડતા બસ ના કન્ડક્ટર દ્વારા અભદ્ર વર્તન અમો સાથે કરેલ તો આ વિશે આપને વિદિત થાય

Conductor behaviour is very rude on Children and women and this bus is Junagadh Una Gir Gadhda...

Conductor said to women and children that you should clean the bus...

I tried so many times for ticket Cancellation but output display message"Invalid parameter"

I booked 2 tickets from Ahmedabad CBS1 to Surendranagar On 27/08/2023 of time 15:00 from gsrtc android app the amount was 250 it got debited but the ticket was not generated My reference Number is GS34369520

Bus capacity 52 but loaded passengers count 70 to 80.

I have booked ticket from gsrtc app on 27/08/2023 of bus Ahmedabad gita mandir to Surendranagar time 3:30 i have booked 2 ticket my money is debited but ticket is not generated here is my refrence number GS34369520

તા 28/8/2023 ના રોજ ભારત નગર-સિદ્ધપુર (સિદ્ધપુર ડેપોની બસ ન.gj 18, z 5962) બસ હારીજ કોર્ટ નું સ્ટોપેજ હોવા છતાં બપોરે 2:25 મિનિટે ઉભી રહી ન હતી. કુરેજ ગામે બસ પકડી ને વાત કરતા ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન કરીને gsrtc ની છબી બગાડે છે આવા લોકો. યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવાવવા જ જોઈએ આવા કર્મચારીઓ સામે.
મારી પાસે કુરેજા થી બસની ટીકીટ પણ છે અને હારીજ બસ સ્ટેશનમાં ટેલિફોનિક ફરિયાદનું પ્રુફ પણ છે.ટિકિટમાં સમય અને કિલોમીટર પણ ખોટા દર્શાવવામાં આવે છે.
વારંવાર રજુઆત કરવા છતાં ત્યાં હારીજ બસ સસ્ટોપનું બોર્ડ પણ લગાવવામાં આવતું નથી.જેથી મુસાફરોને હાલાકી પડે છે ને gsrtc આવક ગુમાવે છે.તત્કાળ યોગ્ય પગલાં ભરાય તેવી અપેક્ષા.

On Monday, 28th Aug, 2023, bus from Mehsana (Old Depot) to Ranip came around 7:10 AM at Modhera Circle depot and in less than 15 seconds, driver picked up the the bus without OPENING THE BUS DOOR. Also, driver picked up few passenger from outside the main gate of Modhera Circle Depot at enter and exit time.

I request authorities
1.) To check CCTV cameras
2.) Ticket Collection records
3.) Bus time spent on track

And take proper action against driver as this has happened earlier also.

I want driver to apologize in written as well as verbal in front of passengers without 1 week from today otherwise I am going to take legal action that can cost harder.

Today I took a gsrtc bus at 1pm from Gandhinagar pathika bus station from platform 2 which was going to Ahemdabad via Civil (date : 27/08/2023)
While entering into the bus I asked the conductor whether the bus will go to civil or not.
He responded in a very rude manner and said to me "ab kya mein ek ek ko bataunga"
I felt very discriminated as I am a Hindi speaking person.
Even he was not announcing the stops when stops were coming.
He didn't have time to announce a stop and answer a person where bus will go but he had free time for watching the videos on phone.
I have travelled many times in gsrtc and I found the staff very supportive but this person was very rude and was not following his duty.
It is his duty to tell the person where bus will go . Even if 80 persons will ask it is his duty to answer 80 times.
I am hoping that you will take a corrective action for his this kind of behaviour so that next time no passenger will feel discriminated and offended
