      Surat Mahuva Bus daily late coming on baroda central bus station I am daily late my job point incase your bus time late you should be change time of actual time but bus daily late
      Bus arrive time on station 8.30 am but bus daily coming 9.00 am daily 30 minutes late please solve this matter others wise I will take complaint to higher authority.

          I want to complain about bad behaviour of bus conductor of bus GJ-18-Y-9125. Firstly, he not answered me properly. I asked some details about my destination but he just refused from answering. There was no passengers on bus but he said me not to step in the bus and said, 'i don't have time, just stand there.' It was very bad behaviour for me. I think they are properly paid by government to do their duty and it was his duty to answer passengers properly. He should say offensive words to passengers.

            Respected Sir, Today on 4th February I am traveling from Udaipur (Rajasthan) to Morvi ( Gujarat) in bus No. GJ 18 z 6950. The departure time from Udaipur is 15:30. Now I want to draw your attention on above subject Driver has roughly driven the bus and he has not stopped the bus at proper stop for dinner halt and not stopped for washroom facilities, he has stopped the bus outside of Gita Mandir bus stnad where there is no washroom & then he has stopped bus for dinner at 1:00 am around malvan chokdi and still he is roughly drive. Sir, Gitamandir bus stand very perfect stop for dinner halt and time was 9:45 p.m. that is good for dinner, and there are good facilities for washroom, sir I am traveling with my family and so many lady passengers are traveling in this bus where can she go for washroom? We have requested to driver and Conductor the both have rudely behave with us, Please take immediate action and take necessary steps against him.

                  મારૂ નામ કેશાભાઈ વી જાદવ છે .હું પગે થી વિકલાંગ છું, તારીખ 03/02/2020 ના રોજ હું અમદાવાદ બસ સ્ટેશન થી ખંભાત જવા રાહ જોઈ રહ્યો. હતો તે દરમ્યાન 1.30 આજુબાજુ બપોરે બસ નંબર જીજે 18 ઝેડ 5544 અમદાવાદ ખંભાતજવા માટે હતી જેમાં હું બેસવા જતાં ફરજ પરના મહિલા કંડક્ટર દ્વારા ફ્રી વિકલાંગ પાસ નઇ ચાલે તેમ જણાવેલ અને બીજી બસ માં મુસાફરી કરવા કહેલ, મે પાસ ના ચાલવાનું કારણ પૂછતાં તેઓ એ બધા વચે લૂલા લંગડા માટે આ બસ નથી તેમ જણાવી બધા વચે મને અપમાનિત કરી નીચે ઉતારી મુકેલ.જેના લીધે મને મારી વિકલાંગતા ને લઈ ખૂબ અફસોસ થાય તેવું બોલી અપમાનિત કરી દીધેલ બધા મુસાફર ની વચે મારે સરમજનક પરિસ્થિતી માં મૂકવું પડેલ આવા તોછડાઇ વર્તન વારા કર્મચારી સામે યોગ્ય પગલાં ભરવા વીંનતિ.

                    All bus stops compulsory on this hotel while traveling towards Vadodra, Ahmedabad.
                    And 30 minutes they stops there.
                    Pls stop this as passengers suffer lot because of this.

                      Today on 03/02/2021 I made online ticket booking from GSRTC Site from Baroda Makarpura Stand to Ahmedabad CTM

                      TWICE transactions made, both time payment debited from my account but message appear for Transaction Failed

                      Even I didn't received the ticket anywhere, either in my mail I'd nor in my phone or message

                      First time I booked for SEAT NO. 17 for bus time at Makarpura Stand 19:16 which failed but amount debited from my account

                      Second time I booked for SEAT NO. 25 for bus time at Makarpura Stand 19:16 which failed but amount debited from my account

                      Finally I booked through PAYTM for SEAT NO. 24 & on this ticket only I am making & continuing my journey

                      But at time 16:11, I am receiving messages for ticket confirmation with PNR NO & BUS DETAILS for Seat no. 17 & 25 both

                      Please refer PNR NO G39070080 & G39072926 Respectively

                      Since 16:30 hours I am trying to get cancel my above both PNR NO ticket but everytime TRANSACTION ID asked. Now from where I collect Transaction ID, AS YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED GENERATED TICKET & without transaction ID, I cannot proceed for cancellation

                      Even I tried several times on customer care number but that also found worst customer care service ever seen

                      All the times waited for executive to talk & after waiting automatically the call disconnect

                      Rubbish

                      Now I want my two time illegal transaction amount to get refund in my account or else I will move to consumer forum & I will put this matter on social site platform, which please be noted

                        My bus timing was 1 and even after almost 45 min wait it didnot came. After i call the bus conductor, she talk to me rudely. My bus pnr is G39051150. My seat no. Is 32.
                        Date of journey 3 feb.
                        I want my full refund.😡😡😡😡

                          આજે હું આ રૂટ ની બસ માં સવારે મોતીબાગ જૂનાગઢ થી સદભાવનગર જવા બેઠી મેં કન્ડક્ટર પાસે સદભાવનગર ની ટિકિટ માંગી તો તેને કહું કે સદભાવનગર આ રુટ માં ના આવે પહેલા તમારે નગલપુર ની ટિકિટ લેવી પડે એમ કહી મને 19 રૂ ની નગલપુર ની ટિકિટ આપી પછી કહે નાગલપુર થી તમારે સદભાવનગર ની બીજી ટિકિટ લેવાની રહેશે જ્યારે ભાડા પત્રક પમાણે સદભાવનગર પહેલા આવે અને તેની ટિકિટ 18 રૂ છે મેં તેને ઘણા સમજાવ્યા પણ તે ના માન્યા નહીં હું આ બસ માં 10 વર્ષ થી જાવ છું

                            Today even now I am travelling by Navsari Mansa Bus which just left Vadodara Bus Main Depot, while Bus was at Depot, I request Bus Driver to wait for 5 Minutes for my personal reasons but he denied straight away that he can't wait for such time period and I am very much aware of the reason behind that. Actually when we started our journey from Surat he was eager to take every passenger on the way but i denied for that due to social distance. I told him to take sufficient passanger to consider social distance rules. And now he is misbehaving for that reasons. My Ticket No. is 022852 GSRTC VALSAD.

                                  It is to inform you that since last 15 years a Point bus route of Vasna Sachivalay via Ring Road is in continuation but all of sudden morning services with held and now only evening services of the bus available.

                                  It is requested to start again this route for both morning and evening because there is no service available to the Ring road passengers/employees. Even point route of Shyam Gokul is also closed now, passenger of that route are also beneficiary of Vasna Sachivalaya point service.

                                  Looking to the above facts, it is humble request to restore the Point service of Vasna-Sachivalaya via Ring road for the benefit of employees who served GoG offices.

                                    Morning local bus service (7:00 AM) from Anand to Vadodara is suddenly stopped.

                                    Please start that bus service. Passengers found it difficult as that time is crucial for daily job doing people. Express bus is crowded and also expensive.

                                      It is to inform you that since last 15 years a Point bus route of Vasna Sachivalay via Ring Road is in continuation but all of sudden morning services with held and now only evening services of the bus available.

                                        Please insert curtains on the bus now because ladies on single seat and couples on double seat feels uncomfortable in sleeper bus in night travel. Also keep the seats and curtains clean. when i ask the conductor or driver about cleanliness of seat and curtains, his always reply is, we r not responsible for this, don't complain this about to me in rude manner.. i think driver and conductors forgetting that their salaries is coming from the pessangers only, if pessangers stops travelling in government bus, loss will bear by government, government servents nevertheless think about it . Reason for rude replies from drivers and conductors is that, they know their salaries will anyhow credited whether their is loss or profit to the government.
                                        Humble request to department please think for middle class families also who regularly travells in s.t sleeper, who can't afford s.t volvo facilities.
                                        It is the only negligence of government who promotes privatization.
                                        Another reason for their rude replies is they very well know that illiterate people don't know how to complain regarding.
