This is to bring to your notice that "VAPI-CHANASMA bus" GSRTC has SURAT as one of its stop. But the bus driver is bypassing surat inspite of having passenger of SURAT. he is saying in this diwali traffic, I will not take bus inside SURAT. He is saying that SURAT passenger will have to drop on highway . This is very wrong as highway is 15 km away from central bus station . Now you cant do anything as bus will arrive surat i just 1 hr, and you will read my message after all incident has taken place. And many passengers are waiting in surat central bus station for this bus. BUT they dont know that this GSRTC bus will not arrive in surat station. GSRTC DOESNT FULFILL COMPLETE PASSENGER SERVICES. EVERYONE NEW PROBLEMS ARISES. GSRTC WAS HAVING PROBLEM, HAVE PROBLEM AND WILL HAVE PROBLEM . GSRTC WILL NEVER CORRECT ITSELF. thank you.

    Many bus stop route from bhuj to gandhidham
    Stopped and create some benefit for Private bus Travells
    I want suggest many private all buses (Travells Bus) are daily departure continue after 20 min there were full off passenger like( Gheta bakra bhakra hoy)
    There are make profit from Gsrtc beacause our bhuj gandhidham route stopped after unlock and benefit for Private buses and some bus never time to time reach station and people direction change for privete buses

    Sir kindly many route are closed are open for all citizen and also.

    I have greter solution for all chart clearly rout display board for bhuj to gandhidham like mini bus

      Incident is as below,
      When we reached at Bapunagar around 8:40 AM bus had already left so we took auto and reached at Paldi Bus Stop to gain time advantage, At 9:38 Am Bus arrived at Paldi Stand, But the conductor(Mr.Babubhai) did not allow us to board on the bus, and he informed that he has cancelled our ticket from GeetaMandir ST Bus Depo, My Brother with my younger daughter of age 6 were help less at that time and Bus left without us, we asked Conductor to allow us but he refused and told that your seat is cancelled so not possible,
      Then i called Bayad Depo (Mr. vasant Kumar) and Geeta Mandir Ahmedabad Depo, they told that ticket can not be cancelled such way as we are suppose to allow to board the bus with upcoming stops, This Experience is very shocking for us and very inconvenient for me and my 6 Year Old Daughter, now we have to board private bus, in this pandemic situation travelling with my daughter seems to be very discomforting and dangerous too, I Hope GSRTC will consider my request and take strict action against my complain, the inconvenience caused to us is price less, but still i demand fair compensation and explanation from GSRTC .

      After calling Depo Manager Bayad Mr. Rakesh, who provided valuable information and solution, The Conductor(mr.Babubhai ) told that he offered us another seat but we declined which is base less because if another seat is available in BUS then he could have asked other passenger who was seating in our booked seat to move and provide us reserved seats, but still he refused to take us on board .
      Please Look into the matter and give suitable reply .

        More than full capacity passengers in Buses

        It has been observed that GSRTC buses are now travelling with full capacity (even some passengers are standing besides the seats) and not following Guide lines of social distancing provided by Gujarat Government.

        Driver and conductors are also irresponsible and not guiding passengers to follow social distancing and wear mask. They were also without mask. Aren't they aware of Government's COVID guidelines? Currently, As per...

            Crew members are not appropriate and polite.They didn't pickup booked passengers from their selected area location is confirmed by crew member of that bus

            I faced problem for travelling surendranagar to rajkot. I was ask crew no that which stops are there and he told me ratanpar patiya. So I arrived at location and contact to crew no at that time he denied to reach their location and told me that we was pass through bypass. We didn't come at your location.

            How it is relevant and appropriate?. I have to purchase new ticket with this inconviniency so I want refund of this trip.

                Bus did not stop in keshod bus stand

                We were entering to keshod bus stand about 4:10 am on 6th Nov 2020. We see the bus entered in bus stand but did not stop in bus stand, it enter from entry gate and without stop exit from exit gate. We were exactly Infront of that bus at exit gate, we try to stop it by showing hand and shouting but they did not stop. Bus looked empty. It was express class bus, Most probable it was Surat Somnath. This is the reason of GSRTC making loses. Passagers...

                We arr travelling from Anand to Gandhi agar in Karamsad~Gandhinagar local bus on Daily Basis and we all working under State Government in verious depart. Anand depot has give so many busis till date like bus no. 4250, 3975 and many more but no one bua is working in good condition so we travel 100 km and reach aprox 8.45 to 9.00 please alot atlist good Conditions Bus

                      As I was travelling from Dwarka to Morbi on 22/10/2020 at 21.oo from Dwarka & Reaching MORBI at 02.45(late Night).Conductor & Driver of DWARKA -MANDVI (MANDVI Depot) refuse to go stop of OLD BUS STAND. Which is regular stop & all buses are going for passengers.As I am senior Citizen, I request him that please take bus on your regular route, but both Conductor & Driver make forcibly drop down at Morbi depot which is about 2.5 km away from old bus stand stop.Both on duty quarreling and insulting words with me and asked never come in this bus next time. I have requested to Morbi Bus Depot controller to give complaint book, but he refused to give same one and also not asked to Conductor/Driver to run bus on regular route. There were 5/6 passengers was waiting for Mandvi bus on old bus stand.

                          આદરણીય ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ રોડ ટ્રાનસપોર્ટ કોર્પોરેશન અધિકારી સાહેબ/કચેરી

                          બાબત:-
                          ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં બાંટવા - રાજકોટ રૂટમાં કંડકટર દ્વારા જબરદસ્તી પેસેન્જરને ઉતારી મૂકી અને બસ રવાના કરી અને કંડકટર દ્વારા ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન કર્યું

                          વિગતવાર:-
                          જય હિન્દ જય ભારત સાથ જણાવવાનું કે ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ખાતે તા. 30 ઓક્ટોમ્બર 2020ના રોજ બાંટવા-રાજકોટ રૂટ બસ નંબર 5383 ડ્રાઈવર નંબર 2038, કંડકટર નંબર 1412 બસમાં અમો કુલ અંદાજે 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર જેતપુર/ગોંડલ તરફ જવા માટે બસની આગમનની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા હતા. બસ આવતા 2 પેસેન્જર બસમાં બેસી ગયા અને 2 વ્યક્તિ બેસવાની તૈયારીમાં હતા ઉપરાંત 2 લોકો બસમાં ચડતા હતા ત્યારે બસના કંડકટર દ્વારા અમોને બેસવાની મનાઇ કરી અને અમોને ઉતરી જવા માટે કહેલું અને અમોને જબરદસ્તી ઉતારી મૂકાયા કેમ કે તેમને માત્ર ને માત્ર રાજકોટના જ પેસેંજર લઈ જવાનો ઇરાદો હતો જેમને જેતપુર તેમજ ગોંડલ જવાનું હતું તેમને કંડકટર મેડમ દ્વારા નહીં આવવાનું અને બેસવાનું કહેલ. માત્ર રાજકોટના પેસેન્જરને જ લઈ જવાના છે તેવું કહી અને જબરદસ્તીથી અમોને ઉતારી મૂકેલા. આ 15 પેસેન્જર માં 2 સ્ત્રીઓ હતી અને બીજા અમુક અંદાજે 5 જેટલા લોકો પાસ ધારક વ્યક્તિઓ હતા. આ બસમાં કંડકટર દ્વારા અમોને જબરદસ્તી ઉતારી દેવાયા અને સાથે સાથે ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન પણ કરેલ. આ સમગ્ર બનાવ અંગે ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ અધિકારી સરવૈયા સાહેબને જાણ કરી તો તેમને બસના કંડકટરને આવું ન કરવા માટે કહેલ પરંતુ કંડકટર દ્વારા તો જાણે એમનું કોઈ સૂચન ન માની અને મનમાની કરી જાણે એમની સૂચનાની કોઈ આદર ન હોય તેમ પોતાની જ મનમાની કરી અને અમો અંદાજે 15 જેટલા પેસંજારોને ઉતારી અને બસ લઈ જવાઈ. ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડના કર્મચારી દ્વારા બસને નહિ જવા દેવા સુધીની પણ કડક પણે સૂચના આપી હતી પરંતુ ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડના કર્મચારીની વાત અને કડક સૂચના પણ ન સાંભળી અને બસ પોતાની મનમાની કરી અને જતી રહી અને સાથે સાથે 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર પણ રહી ગયા. આ બનાવ અને ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન તેમજ માણમાની અંગે મુસાફરો દ્વારા ફરિયાદનું કહ્યું ત્યારે કંડકટર દ્વારા પેસેન્જરને એવું પણ સામે ધમકાવ્યા કે જો તમે ફરિયાદ કરશો તો તમને સામા ફસાવી દેશું. આપ સાહેબને મારે એ બાબતે પણ પૂછવું છે કે શું આવી ફરિયાદો કરવી તે ખોટી બાબત છે ? શું મુસાફરોને ધમકાવવું તે યોગ્ય ? આ સાથે કંડક્ટર મેડમ દ્વારા એવા પણ જાહેરમાં ખોટા આક્ષેપો સમાન આરોપો પણ લગાવાયા હતા કે તમે ખોટા છો અને તમે ખોટા ફોટા અને વીડિયો ઉતારો છો અમારા. અમો ફરિયાદી અને કોઈ પણ મુસાફર દ્વારા કોઈ પણ જાતના ફોટા કે વિડીયો ઉતારેલ નથી જેમના શાક્ષિ ખુદ ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડના સ્ટાફ તેમજ ત્યાં આપના મૂકેલા સીસીટીવી કેમેરા છે. આ વાત અંગે ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં ફરજ બજાવતા સરવૈયા સાહેબ સાથે જ્યારે અમો બંને એટલે કે પેસેન્જર અને કંડકટર દ્વારા રજુવાત કરાઈ રહી હતી ત્યારે પણ કંડકટર તો જાણે પોતાની જ મનમાની ચલાવી રહ્યા હતા અને કહેલું કે હું નહિ લઈ જાવ જેથી 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર અમારા યોગ્ય જગ્યા પર અને યોગ્ય સમયે ન પહોંચતા અમારા રોજ બરોજના કામ અને વ્યવહાર ખોરવાઈ ગયો. આ સાથે એ પણ સવાલ પૂંછવો છું કે શું સાચી અને યોગ્ય ફરિયાદ કરવાથી ફરિયાદી કે જેમને ફરિયાદ કરેલ હોઈ તે ખુદ સામે ફસાઈ જાય કે ફસાવી દેવાઈ ?
                          આપ ઈશ્વર સમાન ન્યાય આપી અને અમો ફરિયાદીને યોગ્ય ન્યાય આપી અને આ મનમાની કરતા કર્મચારી વિરૃદ્ધ કડક અને કાયદાકીય પગલા લઇ અને તેમને કરેલ દાદાગીરીની સજા આપી અને તેમને અગાઉ પણ કોઈ આવું દૂર વ્યવહાર કે ગેરવર્તન ભૂતકાળમાં પણ કરેલ છે કે નહિ તે અંગે પણ તપાસ કરવી અને યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી.

                                Hello sir,
                                i booked my ticket online on 11/10/2020 for traveling amdavad ranip to palanpur and palanpur to amdavad ranip on 23/10/2020 to 26/10/2020 so i received one ticket for on jurney amdavad to palanpur and other was not received due to that i did not travel my return jurney

                                My compalaint is i didnt received my return ticket refund, amunt is arrount 267 rs

                                I havent received TRN number for return ticket.

                                    Till I traveling this bus 8:30A.M continue 2 month as express bus but today conductor said this bus is gurjarnagari bus my express bus pass not allowed how to suddenly change not inform passenger
