There is no govt. rules obeyed in this pandemic.

Driver conductor does not co operate they are irresponsible to govt rules.
Kindly ask them to obey rules first then expect passengers to obey it

As we are working ladies everyday travelling from Dhodipada bus stop to Vapi, but since last 2 weeks some passengers sitting in the front seat from Nargol are not allowing Bus to stop at Dhodipada Old Bus stop..so requesting you to lodge this complaint against us..and take some appropriate action against this...

Sir, i travel today in above bus no.from limdi to godhra, this route local fair 46 and in express bus 75 but i take gurjar nagari for urgent and fast going so i pay rs. 88 when bus arrived at toll plaza it stand in long quee and take 20min, if goverment can not issued fastag in superfast bus so why we pay for more.

The driver of this mention in complain has drunked and also molested the girls in the bus every evening after drinking alcohol and took the girl off the bus and also harassment her. A case has been registered against him at Kheda police station. One year has passed but no solution has come yet, so my special thanks to the Gujarat Government

today date 4 oct 2020 sunday, bus route
morbi to mahudha time 1.30 p.m.
the bus conductor are allowing 2 passanger to seat in 2 passanger seat. and forcing the other passanger to give a seat to other passanger beside him... according to government rule there is maximum number of passanger is not more than 50 percentage of bus capacity...

you can check conductor tickets device there is more than 30 passanger in the bus today .. and bus capacity is 46 seat .

i respect gsrtc administration... giving very good and best service in the country.

please make sure dont happen again this..
resently i was traveling in this bus before 1 month this was happened with me and i had complained also ... there after this happened now .

thats all only to inform this type of situation in the bus .

mostly village passanger traveling in this bus. This bus traffic is sufficent. This bus concert with unjha depo, mahesana division

I m travelling from dabhoi to nasvadi for that i was waiting for the mini bus which arrives dabhoi at 9:40 am
I was standing in the que. Bus came and only alloted 3 persons because of the pandemic rules so the conducted do not allowed me to enter as the bus was full by 18 passengers...
The driver was reversing the bus after that conducted allowed more 3 persons to enter the cabin
If rules are set then he should not allow more passengers to enter and if he is allowing he should allow all of them
So I gone to complain in dabhoi depo office for the above matter but non of the officer heard my complain..and where saing me "jo aap ko karna ho karlo yaha pe koi complain hum nai lete hai jo ukhard na ho ukhard lo"
All of the above were the words of the officer and most important thing nun of the officer were wearing proper mast in this pandemic

હું સત્યદેવસિંહ ઝાલા મારે તા.01/10/20 ગુરૂવારે મોરબી જવાનું હોઈ લીંબડી ડેપોમાં સવારે 2 વાગ્યાથી સુરત-મોરબી (વાયા લીંબડી) બસની સવારનાં 5 વાગ્યા સુધી બસસ્ટેન્ડમાં રાહ જોઇ હતી પણ બસ આવેલ ન હતી જેથી મે સ્ટેન્ડ પરનાં કર્મચારી ને તપાસ કરવાનું કહેતા તેમણે ઓનલાઇન બસનું લોકેશન જોતા બસ ધ્રાંગધ્રા પહોંચી ગઈ હતી અને હું સવાર સુધી રાહ જોતો રહ્યો. બસ નં. GJ-18-z-1715 હતી જે લીંબડી ડેપોમાં આવેલ ન હતી મારી સાથે આ ઘટના ત્રીજી વાર બનેલ છે. આ બસ ભાગ્યે જ ડેપોમાં આવે છે.અને મનમાની રીતે બારોબાર ચાલી જાય છે.

આપ સાહેબને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરશો.

I am a banker & daily travelling from Vijapur to Ahmedabad in the evening .I m facing the following problem while travelling by st bus:

There is no specific time for any bus.Drivers start bus by their convenient at any time after 5:00 pm.

Bus speed is also slow that take 2:30 hours to reach Ahmedabad from Vijapur. It is too much irritating.please set young drivers for this problem’s solution .

No social distance maintain by drivers these days.

I humbly request to look into the matter & do the needful .

Lots of hackers are still roaming in pubg mobile freely so it's my request to pubg please increase your anti cheat enqine surveillance so that these hackers get caught.

2nd royal pass players should not be given added advantages against those who doesn't buy royal pass.. Equality should be maintained always

3rd ipad players should be given a separate lobby altogether as because android devices cannot always compete against apple because of their superior response time and wide screen... Everyone cannot afford ipad or iphone so it's my humble request create a different lobby for iphone or pad players.

આપની આ ખૂબ જ સરસ સેવા ને હુ અભિનંદન પાઠવુ છુ.
બાદ આપને જણાવવા માગું છું કે આપની આ સેવા મા કલંક સમાન ક્રૂત્ય કરનાર આપના ખાસ કરીને ડ્રાઈવર જે આજ રોજ ડ્યુટી પર હતા જેઓને અમો ૪ શિક્ષક સાથે તોછડાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન કર્યુ છે કેમ કે અમે તેમને નિર્ધારિત કરેલા સ્થાને ઉતરવા માટે કહ્યું. એમના કહેવા પ્રમાણે વર્ષો થી કિર્તી સ્ટેન્ડ થી દૂર ઉતારવા મા આવે છે અને ત્યાં જ ઉતારીસુ અને તમારે જેને કહેવું હોય કહી દેજો મારું નામ લઈને, કોઈ કંઈ મારું બગાડી શકતુ નથી ભરુચ ડેપો મા. ફરજ પરના કંડક્ટર ના કહેવા સમજાવવા છતા પણ તેઓએ તેમની વાત ન માની ઉધ્ધતાઈ વર્તન કર્યુ..આ જ પ્રકારનુ વર્તન અગાઉ પણ કમલેશ ઠાકોર નામના ડ્રાઈવરે કર્યું હતુ જે અંગે ભરુચ ડેપો મેનેજર તથા એ. ટી. આઈ. સાહેબ ને લેખિત મા જાણ કરેલ છતા કોઇ પગલા લેવામાં આવ્યા નથી.. ભરુચ તંત્ર દ્વારા આવા લુખ્ખાગીરી કરતાં ડ્રાઈવર ને છાવરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે એમ લાગી રહ્યું છે.
આ ડ્રાઈવરો નિર્ધારિત કરેલા કિર્તિસ્થંભ સ્ટેન્ડ પર બસ ઊભી નથી રાખતા અને જ્યાં ઊભી રાખે છે ત્યાં થી કોઈને બેસાડતા નથી અને તેઓની મરજી પ્રમાણે ના સમયે નિર્ધારિત કરેલા સ્ટેન્ડ પર લાવે છે તેઓને આ અંગે રજૂઆત કરતા તેઓ મુસાફરો સાથે ગાળા ગાળી કરે છે અને કહે છે તમારા બાપની બસ નથી... જે કરવુ હોય તે કરી લેજો...
કિર્તિસ્થંભ સ્ટેન્ડ પર પુરતી જગ્યા હોવા છતા ત્યાં ખાનગી વાહનો ને ઊભા રાખવા માટે બસને આ ડ્રાઈવરો સ્ટેન્ડ થી લગભગ ૫૦૦ મીટર દૂર ઊભી રાખે છે. ત્યાં સુધી પેસેન્જર તાપ, વરસાદ કે ઠંડી મા સ્ટેન્ડ પર ઊભા રહે છે અને પેસેન્જર ને બસમાં બેસવા પણ દેવામાં આવતા નથી.
આપ ના ડ્રાઈવર કમલેશ ઠાકોર જે ચાલુ બસમા હાઈવે પર મોબાઇલ પર વાતો કર્યા કરે છે અને કોઈ તેમનો વિડિઓ ઊતારે તો ગાળો ભાંડે છે અને તેઓએ પોતાની સીટની પાછળ પુઠ્ઠુ લગાવી દીધુ જેથી કોઈ વિડિઓ ન બનાવી શકે. તેમજ આ મહામારી મા બસની સાફસફાઈ કરવામાં આવતી નથી અને ડ્રાઈવર માસ્ક પણ પહેરતા નથી ના કંઈ ટેમ્પરેચર ચેક કરવામાં આવતુ કે ના સેનેટાઈસ કરવામાં આવતુ.
ડ્રાઈવર પોતાની મરજી ના માલિક બની બેઠા છે અને આ પ્રકારની મનમરજી કોઈ ઉપરી અધિકારી ની રહેમ નજર સિવાય શક્ય નથી
આપ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે આ વિષય મા દોષિત સામે કડક મા કડક પગલાં ભરવામાં આવે જેથી અન્ય કોઈ આવી હરકત થી જી. એસ. આર. ટી. સી. ની સરાહનીય કામગીરી પર ડાઘ ન લગાવી શકે..અને શકય હોય તો અમને તે અંગે જાણ કરવામાં આવે

I was traveling from dhari to amreli via bus no. Gj 18 z4950. Brought 2 ticket for amreli worth 94 rupees. Gave 500 rupees to conductor. He replied he didt have change. But agree to give me before reaching amreli. At amreli my stop was before st depo. And when i ask for my remaining money his reply was disrespectful not only that after insisting he told me to come st depo amreli for my remaining money. Soon driver...

Actually I have to go for college for research work and as per unlock.4 guidelines college will allow research master's student and along with that I have given my intern service at reputed hospital for patients care only for that I have legal permission for issuing bus student pass ..but these guys of dabhoi-vadodara depo people don't even talk properly and said *Government mara baap ni nathi aagad thi letter laine aav to nikadi aaoisu pass* as we medical and paramedical students ready to give service to the patients along with our study we don't want anything just want that atleast talk properly and give facilities which we have been using before..🙏🙏
Please i[censored] can do anything regarding this then do me a favour regarding this 🙌🏻🤞🏻
