    Today i booked the from veraval to morbi for tommorow. But i want to cancel my ticket because today my wife got pain in right leg so she can't travel. So i want to tell you to refund my amount.

      I have booked a ticket from Ahmedabad and got vehicle number GJ-18-Z-6488. When vehicle not arrived, I had called to crew member and told him about this. They told me that vehicle is cancelled and I have to go in another bus and that bus is already crossed my picup point. So, I have to go to next stop and he will wait for me. I go there with expenses more then my ticket fair and bus is not there and even not told me about it.

        I am travelling from dahod to anand in bus No.GJ-18-Z-4427. I won't to inform you that rules are not followed by the conductor and driver because they are letting people seat in the bus againt the new rules.
        Kindly take strict action as due to such people we have risk of many lives.

            Respected sir /madam,
            I have to raise the complain for the above mentioned subject as we all know after covid 19 pandemic social distance is essential for all o[censored]s safety. So the government has been applied new rules in st buses that only 30 passengers can travel in single bus. Its because of this rule we are getting in trouble in our daily up-down i am an employee of the private firm so i need to be present at the time at my destination
            But in this situation, i can not reach at my destination on my time. And not only me there are so many people like me were facing the same situation.
            So, sir/madam, please request you to increase the numbers of buses from ambika to ahmedabad route

              મે તા. ૧૧/૦૯/૨૦૨૦ના રોજ Bus no. GJ-18-Z-3198. ગાંધીનગર સોમનાથ માં મુસાફરી કરેલ છે. જેમાં મે બે સીટ રિઝર્વ કરાવેલ હતી એક સીટ નીચે (seating) તથા એક ઉપર.(sleeping). જેમાં નીચેની સીટમાં ખૂબ પાણી ભરાયેલ હોવાથી બેસી શકાય તેમ ન હતું જેથી સદર બાબત ની જાણ બસના કંડકટર શ્રી સંજયભાઈ ચંદેગરા ને કરેલ જેમણે મને ત્યાં સાફ કરીને બેસી જવા જણાવેલ. બેસી શકાય તેવું ન હોવાથી હું ત્યાં થોડીવાર ઊભો રહ્યો ત્યાર બાદ તેમણે એક નાનું કાગળ આપી ને સાફ કરવા જણાવ્યું . ત્યારબાદ મે જાતે સાફ કરી ખરાબ કાગળ કચરાપેટીમાં ફેકવા કંડકટર શ્રીને આપતા તેમણે સરકારશ્રી ના સ્વચ્છતા અભિયાન વિરૂદ્ધ ગુજરાતના પાટનગર ગાંધીનગરમાં બસ સ્ટેશનમાં ફેકી દીધેલ છે જે એક ગંભીર બાબત છે. તથા ગ્રાહક ટિકિટ ના પૂરા પૈસા ચૂકવે છતાં શું બસ માં સાફ સફાઈ એક ગ્રાહક ને જાતે કરવાની હોય ? તથા બસમાં ખૂબ અવાજ આવતો હોવાથી sleeping બસ હોવા છતાં ઊંઘી શકાય તેમ નથી.
              વધુમાં હાલ કોરોના(covid-19) મહામારી હોવા છતાં બસ અમદાવાદ પહોંચતા બસમાં ઘણાં ફેરિયા ચડ્યા અને તે પણ માસ્ક વગર. આમ છતાં કંડકટર શ્રી એ કોઈ પગલું ભરેલ નથી. તથા આપનું માયાળુ ઘ્યાન દોરતા જણાવવાનું કે બસના કંડકટર શ્રી એ પણ માસ્ક પહરેલ ન હતું
              ઉકત બાબતે ગ્રાહક ટિકિટ ના પૂરા પૈસા ચુકવી મુસાફરી કરે, છતાં બસમાં સ્વચ્છતા નો અભાવ તથા કર્મચારી ના ઓરમાયા વર્તનના લીધે તેનો ભોગ ગ્રાહક બને છે. આ બાબતે સત્વરે યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવા જરૂરી છે.

                  Ame khana vakhat thi PALSANA(Surat), ma rahiye chiye. pehla st depo taraf thi amara depo ne sari suvidh malti hati.But atyare aa 46 villages, english, gujarati medium schools, ITI center, Polytechnic College, Privates Schools, Government Offices dharavta taluka na depo ma control room manager nathi, pani ni sagavad nathi, proper bus nathi avti, andar na gam mate bus nathi. Jethi students and public ne ghani taklif pade chhe. So we hardly requested to you sir, amne proper suvidh apso. Thank You.

                    From last two days khambhat depo morning khambhat Anand route bus driver not stop bus at bamnava even only 5-6 passenger in bus and driver do miss behaviour he slowdown bus like he stop and near passenger he again run bus and not stop vehicle no. 2476

                      I Mr hardik prajapati travelling from rajkot to Ahmedabad ticket number 002972 dated 02 September 2020 .bus time is 16:00 started from rajkot .in evening in dark light bus driver switched on light due to which mosquito enters into bus and biting on our body .we requested to Crue member but they denied to switched off lights .this rude behaviour from driver and conductor .they not caring about health of passenger .bus number is GJ 18 z 6068.

                        It's time of pandemic. And I am a working girl daily updown Ahmedabad to kadi. During evening time the bus driver of Patan Mahadevnagar Krishnanagar bus don't stop bus on adalaj st bus stop despite of singal to stop the bus. And it's arriving time is highly irregular. It is inconvenient for a lady to wait for bus this rainy seasons and after waiting of half and hour the driver don't stop bus. How to cope with this situation. And from there public transport to Krishnanagar is not available.
                        Kindly look after this.

                          We were having a journey from ahmedabad to rajkot in bus which was from himatnagar to jamnagar...
                          Our tickets where online & details are follows
                          Pnr: g35861696
                          Ticket id: 225nce5
                          While traveling at limdi bus stop the bus light was not working... So conductor checked. After 45 min he came & told the bus could not travel further & told us to take the luggage..
                          He did not arrange other bus for us. He said i can't do anything... & he left.
                          We were treated like sheep... His behaviour was very rude. There were many old passenger & ladies too.
                          So need strict action against this incident that the passenger do not suffer...
                          It is said that gsrtc is safe??
                          Is it.. The government need to think...

                              Dear sir

                              Today i ms payal bodat, traveling from ahmedabad to modasa, reserved seat from gita mandir, ahmedabad to modasa as there is no available pick up point at naroda in online portal.
                              When i departure from naroda, your conductor has denied to allot my reserved seat no 20 and same allotted to another passenger.
                              He has guided that if you missed your pick up point, you are not eligible to get seat. Even i have phoned also on the given number but my call has not been entertained.

                              Kindly expledate and give your guidance.

                                I have booked a ticket on 20/08/2020 via GSRTC Android application for Ahmedabad iscon to Adipur for the date 23/08/2020. In the app it showed that it's a sleeper class bus & it hadn't show any seater seat. so i trusted that it's a sleeper bus & will give sleeper seat but as the bus arrived on 23/08/2020 my seat was seater. So basically they cheated us by showing incorrect & inomplete detail & misguided us.

                                    I booked 5 bus seats from baroda makarpura bus stand to ankaleshwar on 26th of july, we reached bus stand before time and waited almost 2 hours but bus did not show up and we had to take other bus to ankaleshwar.

                                      I am travelling palanpur to mundra in gsrtc bus today.
                                      The bus do not stop bus stand for water and lunch break.
                                      The said stop at other private hotel.

                                      My complaint is that if gsrtc have its own lunch canteen in all the bus stops. So, the bus stoped at private hotels for lunch and othe works.

                                      Plz resolve this situation
