Here with complaint to subject againts bus early going is actually time table to GSRTC,

It's bad gateway to other and also bad manner of staff driver and conducters

Also duty of conducter to informed passengers on right time and guide to sation between

It's really bad view of GSRTC
I never again booked ticket in GSRTC and alsoy relatives of never think GSRTC

Also talk with customers care regarding this matter and give also conducter number
And have also around 20 calls continuously
But not received single calls what thinking about this and I also request to refund completely same day...

      To, depot manager,
      Karjan bus depot - baroda.

      This is the complain regarding issue of re-routing of the early morning bus (And might be other buses too) stoppage to kayavarohan crossing under bridge instead of official por bus stand in the name of covid pandemic situation without any public intimation or notice. The very first bus from karjan reaches to por around 5:25 am before final destination of baroda central bus stand and that time does not observe any public activity at the official bus stand, so without informing public how a depot manager can instruct a conductor to change the stoppage. It has been observed that many passengers having advanced booking from central depot missed their bus as well as booking amount. This might be the big lose considering urgency of the situation for particular passenger. This is a clear cut example of the mismanagement and lack of responsibility. Requesting a written answer with justification about requirement for changing the bus stop place and demanding normalcy of the stop i. E official bus stop of the village por.

        I have booked 3 tickets from baroda central bus stand to statue o[censored]nity for ordinary class i paid ₹159 online for that but my transection had been failed and e ticket har been not generated i have 10 to 13 time complaint for refund through email and generate 2 ticket number of complaint but the gsrtc has not given any response still now. This is very unfair and very poor service
        My ob reference number is gs9150905 txn reference:[protected] and bank reference:[protected]
        So please help me and give my refund of ₹ 159 as soon as possible

          My self amitkumar dubey I am traveling the bus number gj18z6762 bus route Dahod to vapi and travel from limkheda to Baroda date 10 July 2020 and time 5 pm and when I entered the bus sitting capicity is full than after conductor pick 6 passenger extra my complaint is any government rules and regulations are in your system so please look into the matter thank you

              સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે, અત્રેનાં છોટાઉદેપુર જિલ્લામાંથી સાંજે ૫:૦૦કલાક બાદ કોઇપણ પ્રકારની લોકલ બસ સુવિધા પુરી પાડવામાંંઆવતી નથી તેમજ બસ અંગે પુછપરછ કરતાં યોગ્ય જવાબ આપવામાંં આવતો નથી. જેના લીધે તમામ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓને તકલીફ પડે છે. વધુમાંં જણાવવાનું કે, છોટાઉદેપુર ડેપો તથા ખાનગી બસ સેવા જેમ કે ગુરુ ટ્રાવેલ, નંદન ટ્રાવેલ્સ, પાટલી પુત્ર ટ્રાવેલ્સ વાળા સાથે સેટીંગ હોવાની વાત મળેલ છે. (જેનાં આધાર-પુરાવા નથી) જેનાં કારણે ફરજીયાત સરકારી કર્મચારી તથા અન્ય સામાન્ય નાગરીકોને ખાંનગી બસ સેવા મેળવવા મજબુર થાય છે. તો અંગે યોગ્ય તપાસ તેમજ સાંજે ૫:૧૦ પછીની લોકલ બસ સેવાની સુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ થવા મહેરબાની કરશોજી.

                    Hello,

                    ​i'm traveling through gsrtc since last 3 year with reservation, but every time i travel, bus conductor call to customer as bus reaches the bus station, but today due to bus late by 35 min or bus conductor is in panic mood, he didn't call and i missed the bus. I want refund for that. Even railway has a policy of for this case while train departed + if someone leave the station before destination, then also railway claim amount for remaining journey. Here my full journey left due to laziness of conductor towords informing reservation person or carelessness of conductor. These time it's happening with me due to conductor mistake... Next time someone else.. So please consider this issue and take action regarding this.

                      Today i. E.01/07/2020 i book a ticket for my parents at 02:40 hrs. From jamnagar to rajkot route name jamnagar-sanjeli) departure time 15:45 hrs. Pnr # g35145144, trip code 1545jmnsnjlsl30, no. Of seat-02, seat # 10, 15, i didn't receive a booking messege from gsrtc on my mother mobile, the amount is deducted from my bank a/c, conductor is not allow my parents without messege, even my wife had show the screen shot of the full detail of journey (Ticket), according to conductor the passenger should have the the messege during journey, iso my parents have to pay again for travelling, will you please look into this matter & reimburse the deducted amounts. Your prompt action is highly appreciated.

                        I am travelling by sachivalaya point bus to ctm today.in bus all pessengers were asked to enroll their name by themselves with a pen and paper given by a conductor on duty.
                        In a corona circumstances, it is not safe. Every one is using same pen and paper to write their names. If anyone is suffering from corona then it is more possible to spread corona to all pessengers by this way. So, it should be stopped or may conductor himself note down name of each pessenger.

                          Myself sakirrehman azizrehman pathan working as a teacher at vadodara wants to complain about help desk officer at kirtistambh, vadodara.
                          I m daily uses metrolink bus services from bharuch to kirtistambh vadodara. Today on morning your employee mr khalil malek who is on duty at kirtistambh vadodara bus depo. He usually not responding our enquiry regarding bus timing nd misbehaving with each and every passengers. And asking us to do whatever complaint u want to do.. And today he literally comes to fight with me and the passenger who r also travelling with us. Nd uses bad words for us.
                          Request you to take corrective action against him so that in future he or any other employee will not do that type of behavior with anyone else.

                                As i am travelling rajkot to morvi, reservation done in online app, the bust time was 12:30 pm, on that time 2 buses have reached at platform, i asked both buses driver and conducter, both are not giving properly answers, and even they don't know his bus time table, so how can customers are survive, some are busy in talking to each other and some are having lunch on bus departure time, very poor behaviour of all, even inquiry officer doesn't know the real bus time table, thereof i have reserved online tickets and also taken offline tickets, if this type of situation running then please remove online tickets service of local ordinary buses from your website, hope you do something sir/madam 🙏

                                    I hitesh k solanki was travelling from ahmedabad to somnath. I found at many station bus stops but i don't get water. This is done deliberately to provide sale to vendor for water bottle. This is basic facility which should be provided at each stand. For the others profit you cannot deprive passengers from getting water.
