    I'm travelling to ahmedabad iskon x road to udaipur (Rajasthan). I call him mukeshbhai (Conductor) at 21.40 clock where bus should on time but it was not as usual, late. At that time location was bagodara. He told that it will take time to come. I said ok no problem. I was continually tracking bus. At 23:00 o clock i saw suddenly that next stop is nehrunagar and bus was going in front of me i called the conductor but no answering. He didn't received my call. Few seconds later i called him and told him to wait nehrunagar bus stop. I paid 50 rupees for auto to reach location.
    Question is that they should call me on my pickup point.

    Whenever I've booked a ticket departing from Nehrunagar Ahmedabad to Rajkot, The Bus is always late by minimum 30 Minutes. On 08th March, 2020 It is not even departed from busstand on 01:42 AM while its arrival time at the station is 01:00 AM. Seriously tired of this

    Amreli - Junagadh reach Khadiya near about 8 to 8.15 Am Khadiya daily.
    St Bus have stop at Khadiya Bus stand But in few day week Bus stop at Far away From Peasengare reach and like outside Khadiya.

      Gj 18 z 6676 number of the bus
      Very rash driving
      I missed by one inch near jail road of vadodara
      The driver was driving very rash and with constant horns on the road.
      I missed by a inch else i would have been caught in it's wheels
      U need to take an immediate action as already many cases are lodged since last 15 days of rash drivers
      I want that driver to be suspended asap.

        Dear Sir,

        I was traveling from gandhinagar to Nirman university, ahmedabad through corporation bus Dehgam-Sarkehj (GJ184067 not able to note down due to bad condition ) today 3pm where I forgot to hop off at my destination so, conductor and other officer with his use free arm with me by taking down from bus, use abuse language and threaten be when I ask for help of police

        Request you to take adequate action against the officer, they don't have right to behave like this with passengers

        Updated by Kiran40408         સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે હું આજે અંદાજે 3 વાગે ગાંધીનગર થઈ સરખેજ જતી બસ માં નિરમા યુનિવર્સિટી, અમદાવાદ સુધી ની મુસાફરી માટે ટિકિટ લઈને બેઠો હતો. મારુ ગંતવ્ય સ્ટેશન પર મારે કોઈક નો ફોન આવ્યો અને સ્ટેશને ઉતારવાનું રહી ગયું અને બસ થોડીક આગળ જતાં મારા ધ્યાન માં આવતા conducter ને બસ ઉભી રાખવા વિનંતી કરો જેના રેપ્લાયઆ તેમને મને ધમકાવી નાખ્યો મેં પ્રતિઉત્તર આપતા મારી ગાળાગાળી કરી બોજ ઓફિસર સાથે મળીઅને માર મારવામાં આવ્યો અને ધમકી પણ આપવામાં આવી જે બાબતે મારી વિભાગને કડક કર્યાવહી કરવા ફરજ પડે એવી અરજ સાથે

          I was traveling from halol to baroda in gsrtc bus no. Gj 18 z 6734 at 10 45 am. On 2/3/2020
          I had 200 rs note issued from near by hdfc atm, conductor has refused to accept note due to ink mark on note.
          And he drop me on middle of the road where i could not find any transportation.
          Please look into this matter cause there is no such rule where public employee can reject rbi issued note due to given reason.
          Looking for favourable reply.

            I am a regular traveller of gj18 z 3679
            The conductor of this bus is very violent. They ignore a problems during travelling if we ask about any query regarding the journey he will become a violent. As i'm a regular traveller and as a girl i'm not satisfy and im very stressful due to such a rude behaviour i would request to you please change the conductor and i hope for a positive response

            Please set regular time table of Ankleshwar (393001) bus station. Buses are not regular come. They late almost 2-3 hours.

              મારી છોકરી ની ઉમર 7 વર્ષે ની છે.અમે 18 તારીખે onlie booking advance booking kare lu.
              મેં મારા પૈસા જે full ticket નો charge લીધો છે.તે મને refund આપો, counducter પાસે તોrs, 291 છે onlie rs500 ચાર્જ લીધો છે

                I was traveling from vadodara to amreli by gsrtc @ 2.00pm bus hault at gangotri hotel near tarapur chokdi, there i seen very unhygienic food they were serving even half cup tea they were charging rs.20/-they were charging double on every items even in bus all passenger complain to lady conducter as well as driver but they told we know everything but we are helpless as gsrtc has passed there kotation so we can't help you, so it is my humble request pl take necessary step urgent.

                  My ticket number is198592 dt 26/02/2020. On seat number 10 which is kept reserved for ladies. One male person was sitting on 10w seat. I requested conductor to get the seat vacant for my wife or my daughter. But she denied to accept my request. And continued the male person sitting on 10w upto anand from barod highway express. Such partiality is very painful while performing duties by conductor. Please note my complaint thereof and call explanation from conductor

                    I made online booking for two tickets if gandhinagar to nathi wara for 13/93/2020. I made payment by debit card of bank of baroda. Rs.548 was deducted but ticket for this bus was not booked also no transection id given to me no message either from gsrtc nor from bank of baroda. I attach herewith online statement of bank of baroda shows deduction of rs 548 from my a/c no.[protected]. Please refund this to my account. - dipak desai

                      I have forgot my Bag in GSRTC bus while heading back from Amreli to Rajkot on 33rd Februray, 2020 which departed at 2.20pm from Amreli and reached Rajkot at 5pm. Request you to please do the needful as soon as possible.The Bus had a lady conductor with her family members along in the bus. I have attached the bus ticket for your reference.Please look into it asap

                        Was travelling today from ahmedabad, nehrunagar to vadodara central bus station in gsrtc bus (From ahmedabad to surat) and forgot my headphones in the bottle holder of seat number 25, 26. Bus departure time from nehrunagar was 1:15 pm and i do not have bus details to retrieve my earpods. What shall i do and where to contact? Online tickets do not show bus details so i don’t even know the bus number.

                          Diu bus no is gj:-18-z-3736 which bus has already stop has gondal highway but conducter behaviour is like as it's private bus and call that it's has not bus stop except jetpur and i also say to give a bhadapatrak to see stop of gondal highway but it's also cannot give me bhadapatrak and say you can complain i am not fear with any and the conductor pus me from the bus at kothariya bus stand and that behaviour is not well me and it's bus has a gondal highway stop because i am up down in this bus for last 1 year so conductor has no respect for any

                            I am travelling from vadodara to mehsana in your bus plying from vadodara to rapar leaving vadodara at about 6.00 am on the 22nd february 2020. The cleanliness in the bus was not maintained. The bus was full of garbage. The conductor on asking for cleanliness replied it is the duty of rapar depot and not the vadodara depot. I advocate for a suitable remedial action in the matter to provide a clean environment to the passengers. I have got a video of the interior portion of the bus. I can send it, if requied.

                                Today i was travelling from vadodara to bharuch at 9:30pm, meanwhile your gsrtc volvo with no. Gj 18 az 8425 had done our overtake in a very rough manner, and his speed might be approx 140km/h which is way more for a traveller bus. And when we tried to tell the driver to drive slow he replied back in very abusive manner and speeded up more. His driving might lead to a heavy accident.

                                  I am from bardoli. I am working in surat and i used gsrtc bus for daily up-down. But because of every government functions, buses are taken away and we are suffering from up-down due to lack of buses (Most number of buses are send to government functions). Near about 80-85 people travel in single bus which has only 52 seats capacity.

                                  And brand new white color express bus. It is wastage of money. It's seats are very conjusted for people. Less leg space between seats. It's material also very cheap and third class.

                                    Geeta mandir bus stand staff are not work properlly even we are talking to him 3-5 times about bus information but he ignoring us every time it is very our very bad experience in ahamdabad. It is our first time to visit the city for examination but such a uneducated staff you have teach some rules and regulation regarding how to deal with client.. Thank you
