Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Bad behavior and didn't give back full amount

I was travelling from ahmedabad to khambhat and I didn't knew that we have to take ticket from driver only and not ticket collector. The driver did very bad behavior for that, i was just calling parents to tell them, but he's like phone hi nai chodte and threatened me regarding tickets.

The fare was 81rs so he told me to give him 1re, i said i don't have and i gave them 100rs, he just gave me back 10rs and didn't gave back that 9rs as I didn't had 1 re. When i asked he said give 1 re then only you'll have that 10rs back

This is not a behavior expected, we are not going somewhere for free.
