Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — bus departed without informing even after reservation tickets

Hello,

i'm traveling through gsrtc since last 3 year with reservation, but every time i travel, bus conductor call to customer as bus reaches the bus station, but today due to bus late by 35 min or bus conductor is in panic mood, he didn't call and i missed the bus. I want refund for that. Even railway has a policy of for this case while train departed + if someone leave the station before destination, then also railway claim amount for remaining journey. Here my full journey left due to laziness of conductor towords informing reservation person or carelessness of conductor. These time it's happening with me due to conductor mistake... Next time someone else.. So please consider this issue and take action regarding this.
