My complaint is that I booked 1 E-ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 29/12/2019 from Ahmedabad to surat in sleeper class. My PNR no. is G32488604, OB Reference Number GS10265359 and tripcode is 1500NHRNRSHRD15. My total bus fair is Rs. 263/-. My Journey time was 3.30 P.M. On my travel date, I reached Ahmedabad bus station at 3.30 P.M. and inquired about my sleeper bus from depo incharge of Ahmedabad bus station. But depo incharge of Ahmedabad told me that the sleeper bus which you have booked has not come for some technical reason. He also told me that you might be traveled on some other bus instead of that sleeper bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim a refund of the amount of bus fare from GSRTC online, Considering the above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit the amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.
