Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Bus Not Stop At My Boarding Point

Good Morning Sir,
My Name is Makani Pareshkumar.
I have booked my Bus Ticket From Rajkot To Shihor with GSRTC bus which departure time is 6:30 from Rajkot Central Bus Stand.I already Mentioned in my ticket that my boarding point is Aji Dem Chokdi, Rajkot.I already reached there at 6:25Hrr.I saw one white colour Express bus was passed infront of mine which is going to Bhavnagar.So why driver not stopped bus at my boarding point which was i already mentioned in my booked tickets.And other thing is that which is i found that, I got one Mobile Messenge which have details of Bus No GJ 18 Z 5669 and Crew number is [protected], I am shocked when call on this gives number that i received in my message, He was calling from Maharashtra State, how it is possible..You can also try call to this number i[censored] need.

Please do some needfull Action because it not happen to anyone in future.
