Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — buses from palanpur & their call centre | |||||
Hey! Karan here from palanpur gujarat (Pin code - 385001) I am a college student and i travel daily from palanpur to patan and same back. So my complain is, the buses from palanpur are never on fixed time. They are either too early or too late. The time gap is of like 20-30 minutes! And the second most irritating thing is that the call centre executive never picks up the call! Never! I have also attached some screenshots of the call log so you can check it accordingly. For the same thing, patan is very sincere... Their buses are on time and they give a proper answer when called.
