Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — complaint against driver and conductor

My Bus on dated 31/05/2018 get canceled I had applied for refund on same date but till date my money is not refunded. Ticket details as below,

I am passenger who is regular travelling from kalol to Mehsana In returning the bus conductor gjz 1288 was talk with me in out of sense he has no sense how to talk with passenger and how inform about that how was the bus is going even he was do that in public area at Palavasna chokdi I have humble request to you take action against him I think he is not like the passenger who has pass

Demand for ticket conductor refuses me to issue ticket and says me that give a change or leave the bus inspite of having change with her and rudely behave with me and gave me ...she uses very rough language with me so ...take a very strict action against her

Me and my friend travelling from bardoli to vyara. We are siting on one seat and bus conductor behave rudely with us for no reason.

I am senior citizen lady citizen and holding two advance booking tickets No. 24/25 for my self and for my granddaughter. Tickets were meant for Nehrunagar Ahmedabad to Surendranagar. Timing of arrival of the bus was 11.55 am from pick up stop Nehrunagar Ahmedabad. My PNR No. was G48093793 for the date 30.01.22 from Nehrunagar Ahmedabad to Surendrangar trip. Bus was arrived at Nehrunagar but it was started without picked up us and hence we have to travel by Taxi from Ahmedabad.
I request you being Senior Citizen Lady and valid ticket holder to take strict action against him otherwise I have to go in consumer court for harassments and financial loss.
Please inform me about action taken against your responsible employee i.e. Conductor or driver.

Sir I am traveling from Sardhar to Rajkot on 18/2/2023 on time 16:50:47 ORD52 In this bus i get ticket of rs.24 i gave 200 rupees to the conductor but he refuse to give change and behaved rudely with me so request you to take strict action against him.

Dear sir,
When I reached Kalol station the bus was about to leave but I asked the conductor to stop and also knocked on the door. And knowing that he was not even looking at me and was ignoring me, the bus was also not full... It is not a good thing to show such attitude towards public passenger .. Very disappointed to see this
