Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — do not stop bus on bus stop

On date 10/07/2018 I was waiting for GSRTC bus at Sundar Puri bus stop, GANDHIDHAM kutch at 10-25am. The bus no. GJ 18 Y 9100 from Mata na madh to Gadhada but they did not stop the bus at the stop. I followed this bus and boarded at Oslo. I request to give complain book but they do not have. We go to complain at GANDHIDHAM bus depot but they also do not take the complain nor do they have complain book. Please do suggest the proper action to be taken in this case. And follow up with me.
