Bus driver from jhagadia depot did not stopped bus at umalla bus station. This happened many times, many people's are facing this issue and nobody is taking any action from depot and ignoring complaints. As usual i and few people were waiting for the bus to arrive for almost an hour and when the bus came we signal bus driver but driver did not stop the bus

Sir,
Junagadh to chota udaipur bus coming late at dhokla stand last 6 to 8 months. Dhokla stand arrival time 18:45, but everyday bus coming at dhokla stand after 19:30. Some bus not come in stand, going direct bypass.
Allready telephonic complain but action will not taken. So I send this complain for imidiate action.
