Respected sir,
I was traveling from dhari to amreli via bus no. Gj 18 z4950. Brought 2 ticket for amreli worth 94 rupees. Gave 500 rupees to conductor. He replied he didt have change. But agree to give me before reaching amreli. At amreli my stop was before st depo. And when i ask for my remaining money his reply was disrespectful not only that after insisting he told me to come st depo amreli for my remaining money. Soon driver also came in conversation and started abusing me. I find myself insulted and humiliated infront of every one. Is this workflow of gsrtc?. Is this how gsrtc treets costomer. I want some action taken immediately on this subject. For following point:
1. Is this how gj 18 z4950 bus conductor behaviour should be towards customer (Passenger).
2. Why conductor didt inform me that if he will not have change rupees than i have to go st depo for collecting my remaining money.
3. Why conductor didt inform me that he also have complaint book (Box) i found out later you can complaint and submit it in complain box.
4. I want know the workflow of bus conductor and driver in this situation.
5. What is gsrtc workflow in this situation.
6. What action will be taken towards driver & conductor in this situation.
7. How i can follow up on my complaint for future communications.
8. Should i need to file complaint at regional level also.
9 i have strong faith in gsrtc and i font want to loose it i hope some answers will be given to me
