I had tried to book ticket from ahmedabad nehru nagar to surat central bus stand through online banking dated 15-dec18.516 was deducted from account & ticket was not booked. I have sent 16 time to refund amount on [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in, [protected]@yahoo.com but still not amount refunded. I was travelling to modasa on dates 12/1/2019 at approx 4:00, bus was Ahmedabad- Modasa. I lost my purse from hand bag which had money, Adhar card, Axis bank debit card, driving license etc. Pls do need full for same
