Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — im complaining about rough driving

Respected sir,
Matel jamnagar bus start time is 13:30 at matel but start at 13:10 .please solve this problem. I am very disappointed for this matter.

I Am Complaining About Mini Bus Which Running Between Amreli To Bhavnagar.And Second Bus Is Amreli To Rajkot Via Lathi.This Both Are Local Buses.But In This Bus Student Pass Not Allowed By The Conducter.Also Driver Refuse To Allow Student With Pass.Please Resolve All Student's Problem.

We have booked tickets online but bus not reach till 6:30 at sabarmati bus station. Then I have to take a pvt vehicle. How we can wait beyond 1 hour of schedule time. Also ticket not include any bus number. Following details as under.
