[Resolved] Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — Khambhat depot manager | ||
We're facing so many issue due to the conductor less Khambhat - Ahmedabad bus which is depart at 6:45 am early in mrng and same bus is depart at 08:00 in evening from Ahmedabad to Khambhat 3 to 4 months before this schedule was running perfectly when it had conductor. Now, since that, we don't know how and why that schedule was changed and running without conductor. Neither this bus regularly came in morning nor in evening. Yesterday evening at 08:00 pm which was its actual time to depart but the bus was not came on time at Geeta Mandir and there were so many passengers suffered due to this And this instance is happening frequently 3 to 4 days in a week now. As u might aware that, there were so many pasaangers doing daily up/down and our job schedule is disturbed and we aren't reach to our office on time due to this. Please help us and do the needful else let us know the procedure to fix this issue Hope you understand our. situation [6:58 pm, 03/05/2022] Bharat Matar: Today's morning instance, Gurjar Nagri conductor less bus given and it was break down at Matar. However, lately the bus arrived at Matar bus station and passengers are on road. When we 1st call to Khambhat control room, but no buddy pick up the call. It was ringing and ringing for long. After that, we called Mr. Mahida (Khambhat Depo Manager) explain the situation, and requested him to look into this serious matter. But, without providing a solution he said, we don't have conductor and will assign conductor when we will have. [7:00 pm, 03/05/2022] Bharat Matar: So, what will happened if he don't have conductor or he might not able to arrange it for next 6 to 12 month? Does this happened always? Dear Sir,
We're here by submitting a complaint against Khambhat Depo Manager in against of injustice made by him. All the details are mentioned herewith in an attachment. Please review it and do the needful asap. Moreover, a very recent yesterday's instance, in evening we were communicating with Khambhat Depo Manager and Control room guys about the bus which has actual 08:00 pm time to depart from Ahmedabad to Khambhat (a conductor less bus) and he told bus is at Jamalpur and will reach very soon at Gita Mandir and the same thing conveyed to Bus driver as well in group call. It was around 08:15pm. Till then, the bus driver (Mr. Devraj Rabari) not sure from where, when, and how he entered in Ahmedabad bus depo and parked the bus at 15 number platform instead of 12 number which is its actual platform and picked up the bus around 08:20pm without any passenger. When we called him and asked him reason about to park it at wrong platform, he said that there was no space to park at 12 number platform, but we were already there at the same time and there was already space beside Ambaji - Khambhat bus to park the bus then why did he park it at 15 number? Even there was no announcement made by Ahmedabad control point about the same. So, how could we come to know about it? We almost more than 20 to 25 daily passengers missed the bus. So, it seems like all Khambhat Depo manager, Nadiad DC, Bus driver all are creating such issue daily basis together deliberately and don’t want to take any action. They are really enjoying lots of by putting the passengers in trouble every day. Moreover, when we asked the driver (Mr. Devraj Rabari) to provide us a complain book, but he said Depo Manager doesn’t gave it to him and Depo Manager explained that he never denied such things and it should be with driver always. Now, the question is what we need to understand in this situation where they both are even not sure and seems like lying ? Also, the bus itself doesn’t have GPS tracker or they might not keep it ON intentionally.
We all are getting so much frustrated and due to that we came to you and expecting your kind co-operation.
