Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Local bus dont stop at bus stops

Conductor of Patan to Mahadevnagar don't stop bus (local bus) at bus stop (Adalaj), this have happened many time.
This is the last bus in which I can go back home and after that I have to pay money because I have to use private transportation facilities to travel, so then what's the use of student pass if we have to pay. And many times that same conductor says that student pass is not valid in this bus as it is an intercity bus.
I hope for positive response on this.
