Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] — mismatch in seat number between booking site and actual in bus

Hello sir/madam,

I booked a bus for date 2nd july 2018, from surendranagar to ahmedabad for time 5 am morning with seat number 39 and 40 for me and my wife. At the time of booking these seats were in a single row.

But when we saw the bus, these numbers were changed. 39 and 40 both seats were on separate side. Why and how this happened.

To seat together, i selected 40 and 41 number but a young guy came and refused to seat at other seat. This is very pathetic thinking of indian young generation. Shame on them.

Could gsrtc team make sure to change the bus overview in online and make the same as actual bus?
