[Resolved] Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — money deducted but ticket not booked & no information provided | |||
Today I tried to book online ticket from BHINMAL (Rajasthan) to Vadodara in Jalore to Surat GSRTC Bus which passes at 8.15 pm from Bhinmal (TRIP CODE: 1830ZLRSRTSTG30). The payment OF INR 291.00 was successful from my netbanking SBI account but after that site was hung. No update provided about booking. I tried to contact GSRTC CUSTOMER CARE NO. but there was no option for asking or confirmation of query. No email Id is provided in the online site where I can raise my complain. What should I do??? Jan 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved AFTER HALF AN HOUR MESSAGE OF TICKET BOOKING RECEIVED FROM GSRTC AFTER COMPLAINT REGISTRATION IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT PORTAL. SO PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.
