Online sleeper ticket booked through oversight for date[protected] by net banking through payment of rs. 588/-. Within about half an hour i noticed mistake in date and i changed date of journey from date 27-09-19 to[protected]. And i rescheduled my journey online date changed printout for the same. I had also confirmed at the time of journey at the st depot counter. Concern official has also confirmed for date of journey for date[protected]. My bob bank a/c debited by rs. 588 on[protected] with reference ebank:[protected]/qbbr[protected]/billdesk

Unfortunately my rescheduled date on[protected] i. E. Same day was not in the "conductor trip sheet" and conductor has denied to accept my online sleeper ticket booking print out showing old trip information date of journey[protected] and trip details date of journey 28/09/2019. Gariadhar st depo official and conductor has guided me to avail ticket against cash payment of rs. 630/- and claim refund for the duplication of the payment for my journey from gariadhar to bharuch zadeshwar zdwx trip code 1905grdsrtslp15. I have paid rs. 630/- cash as per ticket no. 073404 dt 28/09/19 & time 19:11:30 for gariadhar — zadeshvar - driver 48154436n & bus registration no. Gj18 z2836
