Today I parked my vehicle at Ahmedabad central bus depot's paid parking, where the person in charge(Mr.Dadabhai) charged 10rs for 12hrs. parking..After parking the vehicle when I saw the receipt, I found that there is 6rs charge mentioned in it for 12hrs.. I asked to that person for the reason for extra charging of 4rs, He replied that GSRTC having excess stock of old receipt books of 6rs. mentioned in it but the charge is revised to 10rs.??and to avoid stationery loss of GSRTC he is using old one book..
- How it possible with organization like GSRTC??
- Who aproved this contractor??...Is contractor aware of this 4rs extra charged by his staff.
- If daily 600 vehicles parked, extra 2400/- goes to the contractor OR in staff's pocket??

Can we park our vehical(Bike)for more than one day in GSRTC parking?

Let go all of that. I don't understand why do they even charge for the parking. Parking should be free or at least at law cost like 3 or 4 rupees. I had to pay 10₹ here at mehsana gsrtc bus stop. Who hires these guys or give them permission to collect the charges. And they also mention in the tickets that they are not responsible for any kind of issue happens to their vehicles. Owner will be parking at their own risk. What are they fitted the cctv cameras for then. How irresponsible of such big corporation of government.
