Hello, This is regarding the refund of rs. 506 dated 21/08/2018 for journey from vadodara makarpura to ahmedabad nehrunagar timed at 3:15 pm. It's been more that 25 working days and i not recieved my refund. The below mentioned transaction got failed and we did not recieved refund. Payment method was internet banking from state bank of india. And also i tried calling on toll free but there was not operational.
