I have booked two sleeper tickets from nashik to ahmedabad via shirdi nehru nagar pnr no g23573178 sear no. G 5 & g 6 through paytm but the bus got cancelled at time & nobody from gsrtc has informed me. I had an emergency & had to reach ahemadabad but this is a very bad experience with gsrtc. Kindly refund the amount of sleeper ticket charged to us & this is not what we expect from gsrtc as my mother is having health issue & hv to travel whole night sitting Was this information helpful? | |
