Updated by amarkapasi Thank you very much for looking into it. I have received message from GSRTC that my refund request has been accepted. As I have booked tickets using paytm mobile application, so once GSRTC will provide refund to paytm, after that paytm will refund me back. I hope this is how it works.

I am very happy to know that my concern was looked upon and has taken to right direction. I really appreciate assistance of Indian Consumer Complaints forum.

He behaved rudely to passenger and he does not have sense about how to talk with lady passenger, I strongly request you to take prompt action against him.
