Dear Authorities, Now a day which pandemic situation we faced into that GSRTC bus management system directly responsible for increasing CORONA +VE cases, How that explain below: 1) Most of buses bypassed before corona curfew hours start [8:00 pm], and mainly BALASINOR to VYARA daily bypass SURAT from Kamrej at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm also Kapadvanj to Bardoli also same time bypass SURAT and due to that bypasses of buses at SURAT station average 336 to 452 passengers stuck for travelling from surat. 2) We sadly inform you for try to bypass BALASINOR to VYARA bus from surat they called me and say either kamrej or kadodara they picked me up and bypass surat, but my source was suart. Bus condcoctor, driver and balasinor incharge, manager and controller all of them clearly give me warning "if we don't reach kamrej or kadodara my money west and they bypassed bus" date: 22/04/2021 condoctor: +91 [protected] balasinor incharge: +91 [protected] balasinor DM: +91 [protected] balasinor Controller: +91 [protected] above mention all of warn me for no refund and no bus come to surat... my booking from surat to vyara 3) and some bus like godhra to mandvi have no corona curfew stop to reach surat from kamrej before 8pm that very good... then Why balasinor to vyara and kapadvanj to bardoli buses bypassed from kamrej.. ohh thats shamefull response from GSRTC authorities [no solution OR no contact for resolve issue], but also increases the issue of again SPREDING CORONA VIRUS DIRECLTY via BUS management.
NOW authorities decide to change the route of bus and increase passengers rush and passengers gathering now double due to this decision.
Particular miss management from MANDVI[surat] depot manager via AHMEDABAD to MANDVI bus route change from surat, that is bus reach surat via kim - kamrej -surat and ready to go Mandvi via kadodara-bardoli-kadod-mandvi bus they change route and reverse it again bus goes to kim after comes from kim [WHY?] new route acording to DM of Mandvi [ kim-kosamba-piodara-kamrej-surat-kamrej-pipodara-kosamba-kim-mandvi] why reverse this route? and main saddest thing that from surat to mandvi via kim there are no passengers more than 22-25 persons but via bardoli that time around 245-312 average passengers for [surat-kadodara-bardoli] route. And that 245-312 pasangers forced to goes into godhra to mandvi which reach surat station after 7:35 PM daily and bus condition was very bad due to passengers even bus full upto driver seat and condoctor unable to enter into bus due to passengers...

we contact mandvi depot manager but they rudely told us they don't change route again to its old route and also warning us to that DM have only 6 month retirement period so they warn us complain whenever and whom they don't care and afraid of any GSRTC authorities..

mostly AHMEDABAD to MANDVI bus reach surat station around 7:00 pm to 7:15 pm
and GODHRA to MANDVI bus reach surat station around 7:35 pm to 7:50 pm

and We are around 93 to 106 passengers daily comes Surat from which almost around 60 to 70 passengers are vaccinated [ CORONA front line warriors] and GURJARNAGRI PASS HOLDER but no GURJARNAGRI even EXPRESS bus from 6:25 pm to 8:00 pm so please start that GURJARNAGRI BUS

above mention both buses gurjarnagari but converted into ordinary via tickets from last 15to18 days and peoples gathering increase due to this decision.
