With above subject i inform you that sir i have booked ticket from bhiloda to bhuj with reference no. Gs4544106 date[protected] for date[protected] and my payment deducted but may ticket status is failure. So please take step to to give me refund of the sum 287.00inr. Sir my payment reference number is jsbi[protected]igacgtho4. I want to receive may refund in may bank account dicerct.

I have booked 3 different tickets by the next 15 days, payment is also done for each ticket.
HOWEVER MY BOOKING HISTORY SHOWS NIL even after setting from-to dates in its web portal

Once in a while, a transaction fails on GSRTC due to ticket booking but the payment (Rs-448) gets debited from my account [protected].

This is to inform you that i was dissatisfied with the services as i was travelling from vadodara to jamnagar but i was unable to travel because there was no one to guide me about the bus. I asked several authorised persons about this, but none of them helped me. So i want a refund of my ticket. And see that this thing never happens again.

I THINK THAT SERVICE OF GSRTC NOT COMPLETE FOR E TICKET
