Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Prakash Prajapati having a passenger pass from Bholav, Zadeshwer to KIM, (Surat), today I set in bus from GNFC, bus no-GJ18 Z 4311 (Dakor to Surat), they have charged 24rs from GSNF to Ankleshwer even i have valid passenger pass from bholav, zadeshwer to kim.

when i argue with conductor he said your pass is from bholav, zadeshwer that is why you have to take chargeable ticket. and his behavior was very rude, they stopped bus for half and our and due to to this i was late to go job.

this type of behaviour and unauthoised charges are not acceptable from my side so it is my humble request to your department please punished to concern driver and conductor and refund my amount asap.
