I booked AC luxury from Ahmedabad to palanpur on 12 Feb evening with PNR G[protected] seat no 12.
I have received text message from GSRTC that bus departed without mobile no of conductor.
I was waiting at bus stand 20 minutes prior to bus timings. By time bus arrived & without stopping at station it moved on i have seen the Bus number of bus but without stopping it moved on & was Waitng on road. Despite advance Booking for GSRTC, A literate customer was standing on road because an unethicall staff of GSRTC was not trained to call customer by mobile.
Humble request you to provide mobile no of conductor to passengers with text Message like previously you are providing. & Train your staff to ethically work during working hours.
P.S - ADVANCE BOOKING IN GSRTC SUCKS
