It may please be noted that AICTE Notification No.1 - 101/DPG?AICTE?Ombudsman/2012 Dated June 09, 2012, makes it mandatory for GTU to have a consumer grievance redressal forum superseded by ombudsman. The notification is very well published on your website GTU.AC.IN under the head cells. However, I found it very surprising that there is no mechanism available online on your website, Nor any published mechanism or procedure on your website, nor any links are provided on your website for the same. In short, it is not possible to lodge a complaint to CGRF or Ombudsman directly by any student or parent since there is no available details for the same. Even the name and address of ombudsman or CGRF is not mentioned on the website of GTU, which is again mandatory. Was this information helpful? | |||||
