Good Afternoon,
Yesterday I have booked a ticket from Aburoad to Delhi in which I board at 7:00 pm evening. Which was got some issue with its acceleration so we're running 7 hrs late from the real time and I have booked a bus from Delhi to Manali on 11:15 am which is also missed and my money got wasted. Please do repay my ticket money.
Then we changed bus and it got punctured and we are getting late. We are somewhere on the road towards Delhi.
Please repay.

I had word with Tushar one of Gujrat traveller person who said to me about Diu tour, where room service was not good at all as well as we were not able to travel here, because beaches was not open properly, & asking for payment. If I haven’t taken services then how you can expect.

I have booked a ticket for jaipur to palanpur in gujarat travells.At the time of boarding gujarat travells person told me bus will arrive 4 am means 5 hours late.

So he told me i am cancel your ticket and full refund money will deposite in your account after 48 hrs. But till now i have no money refund and delivered a mail from your redbus company how was your trip give me your feedback and message on my cell phone your journey is completed.

I just say i want my money back.

I book my ticket from pali Rajasthan office on 12 March 2021 and fare will be charged 840 s7 and for same destinations another person fare will be 735 s10 and conductor and staff behaviour is very rude and tell to get out from the bus . And threaten us to push from the bus in the highway

Worst experience ever. Bus is full of mosquitoes when asked for solution. Just a vent left open for a minute and waited fir mosquitoes to go out. And they didn’t.
Quarrels with other passengers regarding seat is going on since starting.
Mini bus over crowded with people.

I booked my return ticket from Aurangabad to vadodara from www.gujarattravels.co.in on 20/02/21 at 18:48 hrs . my money Rs 1520 deducted from account but ticket not booked comes on my screen, i started calling their customer care and talked to Mr. Salman and explain all scenarion, he gave me contact no. of Mr.chintan (Accountant). i called Mr. chintan and he assure me that he will refund on next working day as he left for the Day and suggest me if you want to travel book again. i booked again at 20:34 and same issue repeat again, i got scared and call again, get connected with Mr. Salman and he said it is showing in progress in his system wait for some time but next morning it was not booked. than i booked my ticket in gujarat travel only through Red Bus successfully.
after that on monday 22/02/21 i started taking follow up for my deducted payment refund with Mr.Chintan and he respond eventually, asked for details through whatsup and i shared accordingly. on 24/02/21 he said your payment is processed but i did not receive any reason why i tried to connect him on next day but since that day he is disconnecting my call, no response on whatsup msges till date. i tried to call Gujarat travel customer care but he said you have to contact with Account department.

I travelled from pali to jaipur nd took single seat there was so much noise by few passengers but no one could keep them quiet nd then in Ajmer they filled the bus like a local bus people were sitting nd sleeping all over the passage nd I was told to share my bus nd I denied when I paid for the whole seat how could I share that to in such pandemic time of corona.i have the picture of people in passage and in seat of 2 there were 3 People.please take immediate action so that it's not repeated I got call from the pali manager also to adjust nd co-operate but while entering the bus I asked him clearly that bhaiya is this my single seat and he said yes mam its ur single seat beside all this he was asking me to adjust.

Karad (MH) se travels ka timing he 9:10.PM or travels aay 10:30 PM ko .
Or travels office se bataya tha ki 12:00 PM ko Ahmedabad ko pohonch jaoge par abhi 4::00 PM huva he fir bhi runway par he travels

I travel from palanpur to jodhpur on dt 10/12/2020 pnr no.[protected] bus time for boarding is 10 am but bus was late 3 hr without prior notice i continue trying to make call to office then they give the bus contact number after an hr after all that bus driver still not answar proper when the bus reach to my destination ie palanpur . After the long wait bus finally come 1 pm and then i found that there AC in the bus is not working and norms of covid is not maintain in the bus. The whole situations in the bus is so weird and worth its so bad experience with you i m sure i can't travel with you next time and also suggest my friends and family not to travel in Gujarat travel .this insident change my whole perception about gujarat travels its no longer in primium bus services.

I am traveling from Ahmedabad to udaipur. Bus is very crowded. No social distancing is followed. Bus conducter says government permits 45 people in the same bus. While I don't believe to what he says as COVID is not over yet.
Moreover bus conducter is not wearing mask. Most of the passengers also are sitting without wearing mask.

I booked bus from gurgaon to jaipur. But departure time from iffco chowk, gurgaon was 6.00 pm but it has not come and on calling customer service they told it's late by 30 minutes.. Ticket tp3p30871401.
The bus agency is gujrat travels, this must be a smaller company but if this is the case redbus must not allow it.
I hope this needs to be checked, if we cant cancel ticket, they must not delay bus.

Bus journey was horrible. Could not sleep whole night. Bus driver n attendant kept halting bus on regular intervals and kept going with local passengers. Multiple times they had argument with passseengrs on fare bargaining. For instance between malegaon and chalisgaon he took 6 passenger's asked them 60 rupees per head and passengers kept saying no. 40 rupees was decided. Almost whole night was spent this way from ahmedabad to aurangabad. Due to this he dropped us late at aurangabad. On this many passengers had argument with them. On this bus attendant replied that they don't get payments, and they have to do for earnings. We have to awake whole night for customers service, that's why they took local passengers. It was very comfortable journey. Moreover he made two people sit on my seat due to which also i was not comfortable during journey and could not sleep. I learnt they were driver relatives and didn't left the seat. Driver didn't allowed us to fill the complaint/feedback form but got this filled from local n his relatives. I have posted the copy of this complaint on social media sites too. Really wants you to take proper action against this driver and attendants. They're ust spoiling the name of travel.in future people like u won't prefer to travel by this company.

4 days ago I'm playing a rank match... in that match I'm killed by a hacker(wall hack).

But I can't control my angry... I'm tried to download a mod apk... at last its working... I got a wall hack apk...I'm using wall hack in 2 days... I knew it is illegal... then I'm uninstall the wall hack apk... and download original from google play store... next day I'm opening free fire but it's not responding. It will show my account is suspended.

I tried calling so many times, i did not get proper response from your pick up boy and driver. First they told me they will reach vashi plaza at 7 p. M because of traffic as it should have been reached by 6 p. M as per the timings. I want my whole refund back.

As per regular routine, on dated 16.08.2019 i had booked your travels ticket from pune to ajmer, but at the time of 11.00am i have received call from your pune office and they said that our todays travels has been cancelled.

In this regards many times i had called to your agency office but no any positive response from them.

Yesterday i book a ticket from khandala to ahmedabad at the time of booking dropping time is mention on screen is 09:24 now till 10;05 bus not reached baroda also gps tracking is unavailable if we are delayed 10 minutes you are not waiting but same thing doing in your side you said only sorry why my bus id delayed 2 house dear gujarat travel our time is also precious we are not faltu

Short review
Never book in gujarat travels, you may be in trouble on the way in mid night, no one responsible person in management who help and find solution in mid night. So, this will spoil all whole journey. So, try to choose other best travel option.

Only websites n app lookes impressive but nothing more than that. We had book gujarat travels ac bus from vadodara to shirdi for 8 people + 1yr two baby boy on[protected].45pm) as we started our journey from vadodara. They stop the bus at hotel for 45min and also ac stop, so you have no choice to seat in bus. 45min compulsory stay outside as bus become warm as no ventilation.

Then we reached upto surat around 1.00pm and real drama of driver and conductor starts, at 1.00pm all passengers in deep sleep, conductor woke up all passengers n told bus has problem so we will change bus. So, all are woke up and ready then till 1.30hrs they drive the bus without any issue and before valsad stop at hotel, much rainfall started, we got out of bus in rain and also luggage picked out from dickey in heavy rain. We had tottaly wet and wait for other bus for 1.30 hr but none of the bus come. Then driver conductor told please seat inside as no other bus arrives, as nobody in upper management receives our call, so we cant contact our office. We will complete our journry in this bus. Then we had called ahmedabad ho, baroda, surat etc. All office but nobody receives our call also.

So, in wet cloths with 1yr babies, we sit on ac bus. We all was shaking with cold in bus and complete our journry in same bus without any issue.

Then we found reality - its driver conductor problem not a bus problem - they do not want to go shirdi on that night due to some personal issue so they did all these drama. But no one in top management help us in mid night.

So, we all request you to - try to avoid gujarat travels...
