Complaining about the trip dated 9th June 2019 from Mount Abu to Vadodara in your Gujarat travels bus.
Bus no. GJ06 U 9553
The experience was completely unprofessional, pathetic and total disappointment.
The bus was parked in the lot since morning when I went for a walk and when we were told by the sms to reach place 15 minutes before, the concerned person of your travels were washing the bus till that time and when we were to sit in the bus at 8oclock he started checking all the system of bus so what was he doing all day around.
When we reached the bus some 15-20 mins before the conductor or your concerned person told us rudely that see the time on bus ticket it's written 8pm so why did you came early.
The conductor was totally drunken and bus driver was not even ready to talk.
The Air-conditioning system of your bus had gone down and was not working all the passangers were completely suffocated as there were no windows available and none of the driver or conductor was ready to talk to the passangers.
There were many small children aged 5-6 years were also travelling just imagine how suffocated was the atmosphere for them.
We almost travelled 100km like this in that suffocated atmosphere. And next bus came almost after a delay of 3 hours at the dhaba where the bus was made to stand.
After that also in this bus there was no place available for us to sit as we had taken sitting ticket and the bus that came was completely sleeper coach. So we had to sit 3 persons on 1 sleeper coach and 1 had to sit down and from where hot air of engine was coming so what about our health perspectives literally I was coughing all time.
There was no bus number written on the ticket.
Grant me to complete refund of the ticket plus the allowances for the facilities user by me while your bus stopped in the mid highway.
Even one of my friend had neck sprain so how will you compensate for that also.

I've travelled through Gujarat travels from Jaipur to Ajmer on date 4/6/2019.

I've been charged Rs. 2500 for a distance of barely 100km.

I need an immediate explanation over this since this is clear overcharging.

    I booked 2 tickets of Gujarat travels from Varodara to Shirdi for my mom (Sheela Gujarathi) and niece (avisha Gujarathi). They faced worst experience of the driver and they were going to DIE because of him. When my mom and niece were getting down of the bus, the driver started driving again to take a turn, and mom and avisha fell down on the steps who were almost going to get thrown out of the bus. So he stopped the bus, asked passengers to get down and then started driving immediately without even thinking. N then after that accident when they got down of the bus, the driver left from there like right away. My dad was there to pick them up and he rushed them to the hospital immediately. It was going to be a terrific accident as mom and niece were almost came on the last step of the bus, they both got injured very badly. My mom is 60 and niece is 3 years old. I want that ### driver to be punished and my money to be returned back to my account.

      I am traveling from ahmedbad to mumbai 1st thing is ur ticket price is very much then ur service was worst, when the ticket is booked the time given was 10 30 but we got in to your van at 11 which is going to take us to your main bus, but the van took us to some garage like place where we got to know the bus is not yet ready which took more then 1 hr, untuill which time is 12 30, and yet the bus is not arrived. None of the authority is concern about this thing

        My name is arun nair travelled through gujarat travels on 21 st may from udaipur to mumbai bus no rj 27 0767 seat number was e and f..
        To your almost knowledge gujarat travels seems to be most pathetic bus service provider i have ever came across with the most unforgettable experiences of my life.. Through this journey with gujarat travels my 1 year old is suffering from ill health and was tortured to the almost at that journey including my wife and a minister loss to me..
        We booked the ticket from paavan travels in udiapole which was the part broker who seems to work long with gujarat travels to make people fool.. He booked the ticket of 16.30 from reti stand udaipur confirming thrice that the bus will reach mumbai by 8.30 am max... We came there and waited at the place, and the time crosses 5 pm when i asked why the bus is late the service provider replies that there is some issue with ac which is being rectified. While traveling the bus reached ahmedabad by1 pm and the bus broke off keeping us inside a hot bus with no ventilation.. Then by 2.30 pm they made us shift the bus in ahmedabad with so much of struggle.. Then we shifted to the other bus we got a chance to sleep.in the morning when i said the conductor and driver to go fast they were rude and didn't bothered, still stopped for an hour in some restaurant.. At last we reached at desired place by 11.40 am and by the time we reach the station we missed our train for the further travel..
        I have called paavan travels they bumped off the matter to gujarat travels.. Further i called gujarat travels where i told the whole problem to neetu, who told that the concerned person would call as she is having lunch, but from then it's been 20 hours the lunch didn't over..
        I would like hear a solution asap otherwise would like to fight legally for this, as i m not backing off with this real time issue which made a deep impact on me and my family mentally and physically.

          Gujarat travels is one of the worst travels in india. I had booking on 5th may 2019, pnr no[protected] thane to ahmedabad. My schedule time was 11.55 but after contacting to bus driver, he told bus is delay by 2 to 3 hrs and told to give badwords to there panvel agent. Same was contacted to operator office the guy sunny who guided to wait or cancel through paytm from where its was booked. Request was forwarded to paytm on spot and raised the ticket. Almost 9 days passed no response from paytm and gujarat travels for refund. Even travels has ruled to call once the bus reached. Sunny and bus driver called and information was cascaded that i had send the request to paytm as per your guidance for cancelling the ticket.

          Gujarat people are talking with such egostic where they are not trained how to talk to customer.

          Sunny, pratap, kaushal they had jus pass on several numbers after that sunny told you will not get.

          I had shared the screenshot of bus delay and cancellation request mail with time.

          This people have setting with bus driver and my 2400 rs was unable to get back

          This shows how rajesh bansal - director gujarat travels and paytm both acquired the amount and shame for becoming owner and person by acquiring the money of common people

            This is my 8th travel in gujarat travel's.
            1. Delay of 2-3hrs is regular.
            2. Their self interest comes before customer...
            3. Bus driver commands to gujarat travel's office and not vice versa, it's funny.

            I booked the ticket on 1st may 19 for 2nd may 19 2300hrs. I booked confirmed lower single sleeper seat. I received a call at 2225hrs on 02nd may that my pick up point got changed (The new pick up point was 30km away from my present pick up point). With too much request they kept my pick up point same but my seat got changed, upper double bed... At 2357hrs i saw a gujarat travel's bus crossing the highway. I track d bus on gps and it was my bus. It didn't stopped at my location. I called d gujarat travel's agent and he asked me to travel to location the bus driver was saying.. Remember bus driver is the boss and travel's office is just a puppet. So after paying too much extra for travel i reached d bus standing on highway..

              Number Showed in Red Bus ticket details[protected] /[protected] which are not working.

              Yesterday I was having a confirmed booking from Wakad(Pune) to Ahmedabad, I received a call from one guy from this number [protected], informing the bus would be delayed and it will come at 2:30 AM and me was on my way, so I reach around 11:55 to the pick up point.

              I waited for 2:30 Hrs and when it was 2:30 and the bus didn't cam, I tried to call on [protected] number and the guy received the call and didn't respond till 5 mins, I was waiting for his response and after that I tried to call him more than 25 times he didn't respond, I tried all the Pune number, nobody responded and it was 3:45 AM and me was alone with my wife on highway, only the labor was coming and going on that path due to some work besides the pickup point.

              Later I contacted Ahmedabad (Paldi office) and informed them my situation and they provided me, drivers, number and status of the bus.

              at 2:46 driver informed me he was at katraj and he came to wakad around 3:50, it took him more than an hour to drive 20 to 25 km.

              When I went to the bus, they informed me your booking has clashed and you have to shift to the second last seat of the bus, which was very terrible.

              I'm 100% sure these guys have sold that seat in good amount because she was traveling with her kids when I booked this seat S5 and S6 this seat was vacant because I checked this seat before the hour of my booking and I booked my seat before one week if there were any discrepancy, I should be informed at the same time or when the guy called me to inform for delays, that time, I should be informed.

              I feel I'm cheated by Gujarat Travels, in the manner of timing and booking and there should be strict action taken against them.

              This is their business, but for me it was a very terrible moment, seating lonely with my wife from 11:55 PM to 4:00 AM, if something would happen, who would have taken the responsibility, travel agency?

              For a few bugs and their comfortable, these guys can do anything.

              The driver was so rough in driving, it makes us scared and whole the time we were awake till the time dint reached our destination.

              The driver, pick us at 4 and he stops at palgarh at 9, he drives so fast that within 6 to 7 hours we reached at Ahmedabad at 3:50 PM.

              Normally which is impossible.

              Whoever is looking into this, please take some strict action, so any customer is not cheated, their lives don't get on risk.

                I booked single sleeper for delhi to darbhanga bus service but ur coach attendant provide me double sharing sleeper birth which half of my ticket cost, they are rudely behaved, i call all office no but can't help me, i have emergency to reach my home, so at any how i travel with double sharing birth which cost is 1700 rupees, but i paid 3615 rupees my single sleeper birth online through railyatri.com, i asked bus staff and travel agent to return my balance money but they behaved rudley

                  And visited gujarat travels office in sahibabad payment done volvo xl a. C bus no. Rj09pb4888 vehicle no. Seat was not good and smell is coming from the blanket and mosquito is roaming from here and there spoke very politely witj bus driver said speak with company agent as spoken with company agent mr. Ravi said complaint was accepted. But my issue was not resolved

                    I was booked ticket from jaipur to delhi via goibibo. My pnr no.[protected]. I contcted thru given no, s on ticket and pushpender picked the phone. I asked him for pick up point and requested pick up in way at narayian singh circle. He directly denied and talk very rudly that we will not pick you at narayian singh circle you have to come polo victory and polo victory is too far from my place. Then i go there.

                    But bus stop at narayian singh circle for 15 minutes and take passengers. This is very worst services of traveller. Kindly choose other option and take other buses in low prices gold buses is much better than gujarat travels. Same i posted on travel yaari and goibibo for passengers ref

                      My friend has sent me a parcel from jaipur whose lr number is 5/39106 it was supposed to reach pune on 3rd feb. It has not reached yet. They are saying parcel is in ahmedabad and ahmedabad people are saying parcel is not there. And none of the concerned person is picking my call.                         I was travelling from Sumerpur to ahmdabad on 26/12/2018...
                        bus was supposed to arrive on 3.40 pm..when it didnt came till4.pm i searched contact no of persons from internet as no information was given by operater regarding delay..so i called pali office he said wait..after 15 min again i called and gave driver number..driver first didnt pick phone and on 3rd time he told that their is a problem with part and it will take more than one hour to reach sumerpur...the usual timing of bus is 10 30 pm at ahmdabad but operator told that it will reach around 1130 now...i planned this journey coz i need to pick flight from Ahmadbad at 1255 am..and the way they were informing it was not sure wherher they will reach on time...no prior information was given by operator regarding delay..so i booked cab worth 5500rs and cancellad the journey..i asked their pali operator regarding cancellation of my ticket, on which he gave few numbers which couldnot solve my problems..so i called redbus through whom i booked my ticket..they said they will resolve the matter after 1 day today they said that there wont be any refund...as it is normal for bus to delay half an hour but bus was delayed for 1 hour 20 min and i hv messages of gujrat travels telling to be prepared at around 5 pm..now i suufered time and money both..and both are denying cancellation charges...i request gujrat travels to refund my money otherwise i m gonna complain higher at consumer protection court...i want a proper response from ur team..i m attaching all details

                          Dear sir i booked a ticket from ur travel on 10-dec from chitradurga to kolhapur the bus timings was 11:40 i am standing their from 11 at least they have to inform tat bus is late even i called them almost 10 to 20 times no one picked the call i am new to south i don't know the language, at tat time i lost my bag some one stolen tat who is responsible for that the bus cme at 1:45 almost 2hours late i want fast reply or it will be a big issue

                              I have send parcel from mumbai for rajkot i have been struggling to know when i am going to get the parcel i call to mumbai branch they say we have send it will first go to ahmedabad call ahmedabad branch they will let you know ahmedabad branch say mumbai branch have not send parcel. Ir no. 8/14251 please let me know when i am going to get. Its a last time i am dealing with gujarat travel i have already make a 40+ calls still struggling i am totally fadup with your service you people don't care about your customers please take care of your customers for further business. Hope i get my parcel earlier.

                                I traveled on 25th of nov 2018, from ahmedabad to mumbai, bus no. Gj01ft 4671, driver name maajilal. My experience was not so good, there is no pillow and blanket, pillow cover on the bed were torn. The cleaner was everytime shouting yelling at people while dropping and picking up. He was arguing with the passenger above me for curtain rod fell down repeatedly. Lunch time we were asked to come in 20 mins and the driver didn't stop there saying that, but he said "agar nahi aaye to chod kar chale jaeenge". I literraly had to rush to eat to reach back, everyone came back but the bus driver didn't turn up for next 10 mins. I even argued with him saying this, how can one eat in 20 mins in a restuarant. My drop was till chembur and the bus was going to kolhapur - goa, so i asked the driver to drop me till nerul lp, he said first nahi hoga, then i requested and he said okay. Vashi he stopped for more pickups for kolhapur and goa, driver told me he is going to wait for 10 mins. I asked if i can quickly go to washroom and come he said okay. When i returned the bus started to move slowly, when i shouted the driver took the bus fast and went ahead some half km. When i reached near bus and i asked him how he can leave me like that, he said "aise hi, mujhe aapko chalana tha"... I told him what nonsense, you will decide i have to walk or not. A pathetic, unethical language used. I don't know how you people take feedbacks seriously, but i'm sure that the bus driver didn't like my cap and beared seeing as a muslim. When i called ashwamegh travels who is the authorized agent in ahmedabad, the person on call said, you should have got down at chembur and after sion it's chargeable. What a wierd answer was that. I'm complaining about the driver, he is saying you should have got down at chembur.

                                  It is to inform that when i was book the ticket my ticket no. I, s5, s6 and vehicle no. Rj27pb0189. But without information. The persion who was in the office at gujarat travels at manali hotel abu road said that another vehicle is coming and you sit their. My seat no also change by the condector. They said, if i have problem than i will complain in head office of gujarat travels.
                                  When i were booked the ticket. My booking states two sleeper s6 and s6 lower and one was single sleeper no. I. They said me to adject with double sleeper and adject another persion.

                                    I am sandeep from vadodara. I sent a parcel to pune on 18/10/18 lrno. 456/19030 which never reached. I have all and visit my booking place but all vain. Then they given me there cargo manager number [protected] suraj patil. Initially he said me that they will compensate the amt. No the guy is not picking my phone. L help me. [protected] sandeep

                                      Journey date 12 8.17 it is showing that diesel get exhausted in the bus, bus not getting started. Such a incidence are shame ful. For sake of disel one hour wasted on the road. Bus not reaching in time, we have a job, yet ahemadabad 40 kilometer to come at 9.13 am. Also bus reached last monday 5 august ftom aurangabad to ahemadabad at 10.0 am. No disel shows um sensitivity of managemt. Hoping for improvement. Regards dipak d jagtap seat no. E journey date 12 aug ftom malegaon to ahemadabad.

                                      We are travelling from Ahmedabad to Aurangabad he was playing songs very loudly we are not able to sleep.
                                      Stop this type of nonsense and teach your driver that night is for sleeping purpose.

                                        The bus condition was pathetic. Was travelling with a 3 years old child. Paid for ac and ac wasn’t working in this scrotching heat. Bus was smelling bad. I want a refund.
