Myself Akhil booked a bus from the "Redbus" website to travel from the bus agency name Gujarat Travels Ahmedabad to Hyderabad on Dec 9th travel date is on Dec 10th in the Redbus app I selected O, the seat which is on the left side upper comfortable as I was traveling single, when I entered in the bus they are giving me seat which I am not comfortable when I put my issue to bus driver and conductor their tone is rude and abuse way told me to the seat which is given to you, the seat they gave with a double which I am not comfortable I am carrying a laptop, cash and other things with me and I want to have privacy and peaceful Journey alone but they are forceful made me sit within dual seat which I am not at all comfortable its matter of safety sitting next to me. While booking I chose my seat comfortable O, but the Gujarat Travels, bus driver and conductor forced me to sit as they wish when I said this is wrong they said you booked to Redbus check with them we don't do anything you have to seat where we say rudely. When I called Redbus customer care they called Gujarat Travel, Gujarat Travel instead of sorting out the issue I am facing he is giving childish reason bus was canceled we gave another bus adjustment and go if not I will refund you the amount got down from the bus very harshly when I said I want a seat as allocated and my journey hour is 28 to 30 hours Gujarat travels simply saying me to adjust or get down the bus. In the middle of the journey where I should go? They are not working as per customer satisfaction they acting as doing something a favor. I request you sir/madam please take Royal necessary action that they shouldn't do with me and any other customer. Redbus and Gujarat Travel should be fined.
