I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent bus booking with your agency.
My name is Mukesh Shukla, and I had booked a seat (Seat No. D) on your bus service from Vapi to Wakad, Pune. The booking was made online through Gujarat Travels.

As per the schedule, I reached the boarding point at Trisha Travels, opposite Pepilon Hotel, Gunjan Chokdi, Vapi, well in advance. However, the bus departed without any prior notice or communication to me. I did not receive any call, message, or update regarding the early departure or any change in timing.
Due to this, I faced significant inconvenience and had to make alternate travel arrangements at my own expense.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide:
1. A clear explanation for the lack of communication.
2. A refund of my ticket amount.
3. Assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
