Gujarat Travels — Fraud driver

Usually I travelled through Gujarat travels mostly from Delhi to udaipur by online tickets, but this time due to some situation I went offline and driver was new, he taken the amount and given me a sharing sleeper. Everything was fine and just before jaipur, he told me that this ticket has booked online and you have to take other bus from jaipur and when I told him you can't do like this, he behaved rudely and when I told I will file a complaint to Owner of Gujarat travels Rajesh ji bansal, he again behaved rudely and told jisko kehna ho keh do...I didn't expected such kind of attitude from Gujarat travels person. This is very bad and affecting the dignity of such company by hiring this type of fraud people ...Pic attached
