Gujarat travels is one of the worst travels in india. I had booking on 5th may 2019, pnr no[protected] thane to ahmedabad. My schedule time was 11.55 but after contacting to bus driver, he told bus is delay by 2 to 3 hrs and told to give badwords to there panvel agent. Same was contacted to operator office the guy sunny who guided to wait or cancel through paytm from where its was booked. Request was forwarded to paytm on spot and raised the ticket. Almost 9 days passed no response from paytm and gujarat travels for refund. Even travels has ruled to call once the bus reached. Sunny and bus driver called and information was cascaded that i had send the request to paytm as per your guidance for cancelling the ticket.
Gujarat people are talking with such egostic where they are not trained how to talk to customer.
Sunny, pratap, kaushal they had jus pass on several numbers after that sunny told you will not get.
I had shared the screenshot of bus delay and cancellation request mail with time.
This people have setting with bus driver and my 2400 rs was unable to get back
This shows how rajesh bansal - director gujarat travels and paytm both acquired the amount and shame for becoming owner and person by acquiring the money of common people
