Gujarat Travels — I'm complaining about the bus staff behaviour.

I was traveling by gujarat travels on monday 8th july from vadodara to pune.
My seat number was l sleeper. I have requested the driver to inform me when wakad stop will come in pune. I have informed him almost thrice, he told yeah mam i will let you know. It was raining very heavily so i can not see anything outside of the window. Also, my internet got stopped working, so couldn't check about the current location.in this situation, i again informed him to let me know once wakad stop will arise.
After my continue request also he didn't inform me and finally once the bus got out of pune he told me that mam this is the last stop for pune and that was kataraj and that was almost 30km far from my stop.
I got completely pieced off, as after so much of request he couldn't inform me and due to that, i need to suffer from a lot of travel. Because of the heavy rain, i was not able to get any cab outside neither local auto. I have already booked a ticket at a very high rate of almost 1260 rs and because of the wrong drop, i need to again pay 500 rs to reach my place.
So, i would request that please give me a refund of my auto fair as i need to suffer from a lot of problems because of the problem.
