This is akshay addekam who booked the ticket from mumbai to bangalore on 27-sep-2019, seat number sl4, ticket #[protected] did not come because of bus repair, bus number #gj01 ft 4671. I tried calling so many times, i did not get proper response from your pick up boy and driver. First they told me they will reach vashi plaza at 7 p. M because of traffic as it should have been reached by 6 p. M as per the timings. I want my whole refund back.
